Stephan has been taking care of my A/C and heating unit and I couldn’t be happier.
Stefan was thorough and efficient. Zeroed in on the needed repair. Cleaned out P trap, drained line, and sprayed solution to delay algae coming back. Thank you so much.

Daniel was absolutely a joy to work with! Very professional, personable and knowledgeable! I learned quite a bit from him as well. He inspected the unit inside and out, diagnosed the problem within 10 mins. He thoroughly explained what the problem was. Within 20-30 mins the problem was fixed and we had A/C! I also took advantage of their maintenance program. I feel so much better knowing that the company will be keeping up with that! I also want to recognize Mike. Mr. Lewis was great! He came right on in and quickly found the problem! Fixed it and was gone in less than 30 mins! Will definitely request him if ever needed again!

Very professional and on time however prices are very expensive. Charged me 450 to change AC capacitor which is a bit expensive considering it took only 10 minutes, and the part itself is cheap. I would use them again for emergencies as they are reliable, quick and professional
I used Mr. Reliable to repair a coil leak. They were extremely professional and detailed, which I can greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

05/27/23 Do not recommend at all! Stefan came out and of course told me I needed a new compressor or basically replace the whole system. This would cost 5-10grand. I called someone else. They came out took a look, and within 20 min had my AC working again for under $1000. What a joke of a company. 06/01/23 After this experience, the owner of the company, Drew, called and apologized for my negative experience. He listened intently to my concerns and genuinely was willing to make the situation right. He also offered a refund of the diagnostic fee. I appreciate his professionalism and effort to hear my side, which is rare with businesses nowadays. For that, I give an additional star.

Andy came to check my unit outside very thoroughly after diagnosing there was no problem outside. He then came inside to check that everything was okay inside freon levels,cooling in the attic Everything was OK and said to change a filter other than that it was ok. quick and consice work from him thank you so much!
There is a reason why this is business is 5/5. Drew took the time to do a load calc on my home. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and straightforward. I never felt like he was in a rush trying to sell me something. Overall this was a positive experience. You cannot go wrong hiring Mr. Reliable.
Very good from start to finish
Omg they were on time... I was looking for him and he was already here.. they cared answered alllll of our questions!! Drew came after finding out that we needed an entire system... He came after hours after our decision the workers were here for 9am the next day worked didn't bother us and we are cool now!! I recommend them to the entire 🌎 these people care and they are honest. THEY made my stressful situation very stress free
