Michael from Morgan Pro Service gave me an outstanding service for my house electrical problem that the builder refused to do correctly. Adam from Mogan Pro Service gave me a great outstanding service when he came to fix my A/C. He knows his job very well, he is very professional, he let me know what was going wrong with my A/C. Very trustworthy.
Unit failed just before leaving town. Morgan worked with my neighbor to promptly get it fixed.
I have been a Morgan Pro Services customer for many years and am always pleased with the work they do. I recently had some AC/Furnace issues and the jobs done by the technicians and installers in repairing my system was outstanding from start to finish.
My A/C system had a refrigerant leak that the previous A/C guy was unable to locate for repair. Ivan was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was very informative, found the leak and repaired the system. I recommend him without reservation.

I have been hiring Morgan Air for all my HVAC needs for over 10 years when it was one truck and the owner. I love to see a business grow, but find the quality usually takes a hit as they get more employees. I am so happy to report that isn’t the case with this company. Through the years I have called several times after 10pm and they get someone out within an hour or first thing the next morning if not an emergency. I signed up last year for their service plan that includes all maintenance checks and filter replacement (media filters on mine) and it is such peace of mind. They call me to schedule it and I never have to remember to call them. Ivan and Marcus just left a maintenance check filter change appointment and I could hear them in the attic discussing all aspects of my units and making sure everything was working as it should. I trust them so much and know if they recommend something, I actually need it and it isn’t an up-sale. Finding excellent service companies you can trust is stressful and having Morgan Air keep my home protected from damage and that HVAC working in the sweltering Texas summers is peace of mind.

Morgan Pro Services has been our go-to service provider for HVAC and electrical services for years. Recently, the AC at my business went out on our busiest day of the week. They were able to come same day, assess the problem, provide a quote that was fair and reasonable, source the parts and return same day to get us back in business. I got on a maintenance plan and look forward to continued high-quality service service delivered in a professional and friendly manner.
Morgan Pro Services and Ivan were great - timely, communicative, and most importantly, got our AC working again! Really took the time to explain the issues and our options to get them fixed, and did not push us toward the more expensive options. Morgan Pro’s incompetence cost us $23K+ for a system we had to rip out 18 months later (PHOTOS below). Anyone interested high-efficiency HVAC technology should read our story before choosing to work with them. We trusted Morgan Pro to 1) assess our 1500 sqft home for the most energy-efficient HVAC system it could accommodate and 2) install it correctly. They failed to do either. Their $3K Manual J assessment said we needed a 5-ton HVAC system. It took Morgan Pro 9 months and over 30 visits to install a high-efficiency system and to get it functional—two inverters outside (they accidentally blew up the first one), and 6 mini splits through our home in all the ceilings. During that time, they caused unnecessary damage: cutting extra joists, drawing on antique trim, and they compensated us for that. Their HVAC system initially passed city inspection, but it never worked 100%. As Morgan Pro kept trying to fix it, we had to agree to things they had promised to avoid—wall thermostats everywhere, humidity and noise levels that were too high, and on and on. When water started pouring from our new ceilings in the middle of summer in Houston, it was clear to everyone that the system was simply wrong for our house. But instead of taking responsibility for their failure, Morgan Pro blamed the two things we had hired them to get right: our house, and the system. Their next move was to conduct a test on our home, claiming it now needed 8 tons of HVAC (!), not 5, and that we pay a further $14K to get it up to 8 tons. Knowing it was just laughable that our 1500 sqft house was an 8-ton home, our next step would be a legal dispute to make them give us a correctly sized and functional system for the money they had already taken from us, with consequent delays to a remedy. Shocked and exhausted, we decided that delay was worse than severing ties with a business we could never trust again anyway. Morgan Pro Services came to the rescue when our A/C stopped working! Ivan was wonderful to work with and took time to explain the issues I was having and find the best solution! I will always be calling Morgan in the future.
The installers that Morgan Pro Services provided went right to work and continued till the job was done after completing they cleaned up the areas I am pleased with the work and workers and will use them again if needed

We were able to schedule someone to come out at our earliest convenience once we our ac unit started giving us trouble. We were told what to do in mean time until the technician could come out. The technician was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the problem and possible solutions every step of the way. Once we weighed the options, and reviewing the findings we came to conclusion of getting a new ac unit after 14 years. They were able to install the new unit within 5 hours the very same day. They worked quickly and efficiently. Once the job was complete, we had cool air once again. They even reached out to us the next morning to see how everything was! I will most definitely be reaching out to them to do an annual tune up!
Morgan Pro Services is a company that I have used for several years now. The owners' Trey Morgan and Steve Lyon are fantastic to work with. They are both strong Christian young men. They know what they are doing, are extremely professional, and their employees do excellent work and always show up on time. We live in a world where quality service is slowly disappearing. Not at Morgan. I have complete confidence and trust in Morgan Pro Service's work and their prices are fair. You get what you pay for!
Services were handled professionally and on time. My Electricity usage was reduced to one half of the previous usage for the same external temperature.
I have been using them for all of our a/c and heating for over 10 years. They can’t be beat. Very dependable and professional. Recently used them to build outdoor grilling area - great work.
My AC unit stopped blowing cold. One call to the office and Mr. Romero came out and got my house blowing cold again. Great service!!!
