Christian , lead technician, was professional and explained what he found and corrective actions he was taking. He also followed up with invoice , service summary and before and after pictures.
I had a leak in my shower and wanted to replace existing plumbing with new plumbing. They came out same day and replaced everything. Calvin was very professional and stayed until the job was completed.
The technician was very professional and nice. He took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciate the text message with his picture so I knew who to expect at my door and when. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Joel is the best I have seen in a long time. I prefer that only he comes back in the fall.

Project :2 AC systems AC coil installation. Installation was done timely. However, 1 AC system was not cooling after only 10 hours. Called Mission AC. Juan B came to inspect and found leak on one of the the recently installed Coils. He fixed and inspected everything and ensured 2 systems are running well before leaving. The 2 star rating is 1 star for installation and 5 star for the fix. It was a 10 hour painful experience peak of summer but appreciate the responsiveness and quick fix,
I highly recommend Mission for all your plumbing issues. I had not one but 2 water leaks and Josh, Juan and Matthew fixed my plumbing issues right away. These gentleman went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would never wish to have any plumbing issues again but if I do I would gladly call Mission plumbing again. Oh and these gentleman were very polite
Arnaldo Cervantes came out this evening to assess our Problem with our AC. The thermostat was set at 75, and the indoor temperature was 80. He determined that the motor on the compressor had gone bad. In a little over an hour our house is cooling off and more comfortable than when I got home. Arnaldo is personable and professional. We have not had any problems with the work he has performed. We highly recommend mission and Arnaldo Cervantes for your HVAC and plumbing service.

Rick Gonzalez did such a great job inspecting our air-conditioner system! He found a part that need replacing and went as far as helping us with sorting out the warranty on a battery. Not only did he do a great job, he's also a really nice person too! Can't say enough good things about Ricky. Also all the customer service reps were extremely helpful and patient. The person who took the call and scheduled the visit and the technician who identified and fixed the problem were both professional and personable. The work was done quickly and effectively. This was my first call to this company; it definitely won't be the last.
Everyone I met or spoke with at this company was very nice and performed the work they were asked to do very well. Their employee worked on the faucet in the main bathroom and had it working very well. I would rate them A+.

A/C ran great after they came out. For 1 day. Paid a hefty price for a fuse replacement. 24 hrs later and back in the same boat. Not saying it was the technicians fault. There is a fee of $49 to check the system and make sure there are no other issues. Not sure what happened but, customer service was in touch with me with in an hr of my issue. They sent a technician out right away to resolve the issue. This company went above and beyond to prove the company's professionalism, quality and loyalty the their customers. Not many companies go the extra mile... thanks a million.
Mission Air Conditioning provides quality work and professional service. Wilmer is a very good technician with technical acumen. He was very personable and professional.
After visual inspection, I was given an estimate for 3,300 to replace a TXV and 4,000 to replace the coil. Turned out it was a a small capacitor in the attic. Paid 150 to get it replaced.
Was quoted 1400 for a maintenance ac job that requires no parts and strictly labor. I asked how long it would take, the tech said 2 hours. When I asked why it was so expensive for 2 hours of just labor, I was told because it was not something they liked to do during the summer because other jobs were more lucrative. Appalled.
