A/C working great and they changed out our old A/C for a more efficient heat pump. Looks good and nice to have a working A/C.
Contractor arrived on time and provided a thorough of the system. Advised of replacing filter and was prompt with the service. Pricing was fair, will be using for maintenance in the future of the system.

Ian and his crew installed our HVAC system in our custom home. We were very pleased with how flexible and easy he was to work with. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the product we were getting. The AC is COLD and very effective!

I have had the pleasure of working with Eric and his team on my new construction build. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they are doing and the support we are getting from them! If you need a new unit or a full replacement make sure to give these guys a shot as I’m certain you will be blown away!!!
Very dishonest. Would be a "Zero" star rating if possible. Fact: We purchased two new units for a two-story home and were very upfront that the home must have two separate units. On the day of the A/C install, I returned home from work to find that they had installed one unit. The owner of Mercury Controls had been directly at my home on multiple occasions- he knew what was expected and invoiced me for two units as well. He insisted this unit was much better than what we purchased. Fact: Additionally, the owner told me directly while at my property that the work was permitted and inspected by the City of Houston. Mercury Controls did not pull an HVAC permit, nor was an inspection ever conducted by the City of Houston. Fact: Instead of installing the new ductwork through the ceiling, Mercury Controls cut the flooring and joists from all upstairs bedrooms to install the ductwork. Additional pictures can be provided to show the destruction of the flooring in all three upstairs bedrooms and partially in hallway. We've attempted to reach Mercury Controls on multiple occasions in an attempt to have the proper units installed and to make repairs; however, they have been non-responsive. Zero stars.

My water heater rusted out and started leaking, I called Mercury Control and they came out and installed a gas tankless water heater that day. We love it and they did such a neat and professional job I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome work from these guys. Called them out and they were here the same day. Had my AC going in about 2 hrs. And they were very affordable. I would definetly call them when its time to replace
