This people put in the ac system the ac was done Al wrong they put the smallest ton ac unit for a large home and the attic was a mess we hired a AC guy and he fixed the mess . Supposedly we have warranty but it’s not true the guy never even called us back much less came to check the mess they did . I gave ya a chance to prove your self oh well . Such professional ppl
Initial response was prompt. However after his team replaced the AC unit, there were several problems. A ceiling fan which I had also asked them to check, quit working, there was a loud fluttering noise every time the AC unit came on and there was debris from the old unit and screws scattered all over the attic floor. Repeated calls and texts have resulted in no response. He answered every call immediately before he got the job and now fails to even back up his own work. I am having to get a 2nd HVAC person to fix the problems that he created and will report him to the BBB for failing to live up to the 90 day work warranty. Very insincere human.

They offer good service for reasonable price. Recently I need to replace my hvac system and couldn’t reach any of their numbers. Usually they pretty quickly reach back.

I’ve had Mario and his team come out two separate times to work on two separate units and replace the coils. He’s friendly, responds quickly, and provides quality work a fair price. I will be using Master Mechanical for all AC and heating needs.
Mario and his team replaced my entire HVAC system. I noticed an issue with the vent from my furnace July 23rd, got in contact with Mario and he said someone would be out the week after to fix it. This is a big issue because the vent was not properly vented to the outside so therfore carbon monoxide is able to leak into the attic space. If i did not check the work my family could be dead. I have been trying to get ahold of Mario since no one has still been out to finish the job, still have not recieved a call back. Update: I still have not received a call back from Mario or anyone on his team, regarding this issue. I have left numerous messages and made numerous phone calls and have yet spoken to anyone about this problem. I am now forced to contact a different HVAC company to come out and finish the job Mario and his team were supposed to do originally. I would highly recommend choosing a different company for your HVAC needs.
They did an amazing job replacing our entire AC unit in our home. Highly recommend them! They came out the very next day that we called, so it was less than 24 hours for us to have a complete system installed with new ducts, dual zoned system and everything. They layed out painters cloth all over our home to keep the floors clean, and made sure to sweep up any dust after. They walked us through the system zand made sure we were familiar with everything before they left. Super friendly employees, and a very honest and reasonably priced company.
Master Mechanical AC & Heating has done work for us both in our own private home and for our investment properties for many years. They have always been prompt in their responsiveness, fair in their pricing, honest and professional. We will continue to use them and refer anyone who asks to them.
My home flooded during Harvey and during the renovation, I learned that the duct work for the HVAC system was from the original construction (1950's). I called the company who'd been servicing my home for the past 10 years, but their bid seemed excessive. A family member who'd used George and Mario suggested I call them. I was so glad I did. They showed up when they said they would, worked very efficiently to finish the job the same day and cleaned up all traces of the old material. Best of all the price was very fair! For future needs, I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else!
George replaced my AC earlier this year. And, what a great experience! Arrived on time, looked over the entire system, explained the problem, gave me options on how I could handle and provided fair quotes for each option. As soon as I made the decision to replace the unit, he had his crew onsite with a new AC the next day. Crew completed the work quickly and cleaned up after they were done. I'm the landlord of the tenant who wrote a 1-star review and I have a completely different opinion. George and Mario have done over 30 jobs for me over the past few years. I have found them to be trustworthy, dependable and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them regularly.
These guys are fantastic! I've had them perform a few different services at our home over the last 4 years ranging from duct replacement, A/C repair, and a whole new system replacement. Every time I have called on them, they have come out the same day. Jorge is knowledgeable, honest, and very fair and reasonable in pricing. Every technician that has come out has been friendly and addressed any concerns or questions I have had regarding the service performed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their A/C and heating needs.

I wanted to tell you that 4 yrs ago , I had Mario and his crew come out and put a whole new HVAC system in my home with duct works ect., the guys knock out the whole job in one day , HONEST, HARDWORKING did I mention Honest ? System has been working flawlessly, I recommend my sister Master mechanical , cause she also need a HVAC system in her home , and my brother-in-law aswell and they where both very happy with the work them selves, I tell any body that is looking for HVAC give them a call, remember ,cheapest is not all ways better , I rather pay a fair price than having to deal later with issues and bad customer service. I would recommend Mario and his crew , they will get the job done right if you are looking for Honest work give them a call PERIOD!

Due to the fact I knew exactly what I needed, Mario gave me a quote right over the phone for a Trane 2 stage complete system including new duct work, was almost $2000 less than Cy-Fair Mechanical for a comparable system. They also threw in a UV light and media filter and added another vent. They were a little more than another technician, but I chose them due to hearing good things about them from friends. The installers did a great job, my only complaint was they wired the furnace board and thermostat for a dual compressor system and not a two step scroll. Two step is 70% in first stage and dual would be 50% in first stage, so the blower was running too slow in first stage which could cause the coils to freeze or cause liquid refrigerant to back up into the compressor. I know about A/C systems so it wasn't a big deal to wire it to slow the fan down 20% vs 50% using the BK terminal on the board. I highly recommend them. It doesn't look like they install Trane anymore, mostly Amana and Goodman, but their website claims they can get other brands. I'm personally not a fan of Amana and Goodman so I would only go with them today if they can install some of the other brands out there.
Mario was honest and forthright, something you don't find every day in the HVAC industry. Very reasonable pricing, quality products and quick installation. His crew is personable and clean. Very good outcome to a tough situation. I highly recommend going with Master Mechanical.
