AC went out on a hot Texas Saturday night! Called Master AC and Heat very early on a Sunday morning (before 7am) because it was unbearably warm in the house. They promptly responded and scheduled a tech for that morning, and were upfront about estimated cost for the visit itself (pending additional costs of the issue) and ETA. Tech was polite, responsive, professional -- fixed the capacitor issue, communicated throughout, and let me know the invoice would come via email. So grateful for Master AC and Heat!
We noticed our house felt warm at 12:30 pm on a climbing-to-100-degree day, here in Houston. After a call to Master AC and Heat, Edwin showed up within 20 minutes, found a blown capacitor in the compressor section, replaced it with one he had in his truck, and we were back in business. Our house never got above 80 degrees. We are so thankful for the fast service. Edwin is a gem!

Had the pilot checked out on a heater recently installed. No problems - all good! The tech. Eugene is very knowledgeable with the free stand heaters, and super-patient with all my questions! The team is always responsive, friendly, timely, and again I couldn't ask for more. We're so glad we found Master AC & Heat; we will use them in the future if the need arises.
Just checked the pilot light for us. All is good! Excellent tech. as usual! Installed a free stand heater in my mom's home. Eugene is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and timely. We couldn't ask for more! And next time we need service, we will definitely call Master ac and heat. And, great customer service!

I could not been happier with them! You know that living in Houston is not about if your AC will need something but when. I called 6 other companies and they were the only ones who could accommodate a visit to my home the very same day my AC stopped working. Rodrigo came to my house twice, and he explained everything in detail and was super patient with all my questions. This is my first time using the company (my house is 5 years old), but it will not be the last!
