Marcos and his team were exceptional at helping us get our system functioning at its best and spent a lot of extra time helping us troubleshoot some issues we were having with our Trane app. They went above and beyond and we will certainly be repeat customers!
Marcos A/C was exemplary. My wife and I really felt heard and understood by Marcos, his brother, and father. We felt no desperation or tricks when we discussed our purchase with the Marcos team - just help on what we needed done. We love that it's a real-family-business here in Houston! I have used this family owned business for years. They are responsive and trustworthy. I had two new Trane installations and they continue to check on my units so the service continues. Definitely recommend.

Marcos SA has just supplied XR16 Trane AC to our home with competitive price. The team was on time to start the services. After services, additional 2 visits were requested to ensure proper function of the machine. All done with rapid response. Marcos care about customer needs and does all the best efforts to have a smooth experience. Definitely, I would recommend Marcos AC. A family owned company which works with significant transparency.

Guys came by and dismissed a complete replacement proposal to another company that had disconnected wires. Replaced the capacitor with my own product and got everything back and running. Due to their ethical practices I will use them when it’s time to replace the units.
The staff was professional and knowledgeable and able to diagnose at tricky electrical problem with a commercial unit. The office staff was prompt and courteous in handling insurance paperwork. Would definitely keep them as my go-to service provider.
TLDR: Go with Marco's; you will not be disappointed. They stand behind their work with a 1 year warranty and they deliver on it. I did a lot of research on contractors and had about 5 quotes for the work I wanted to do to my home's HVAC. Marco's was not the cheapest, not the most expensive either. Where they differentiated themselves was their consistently high google ratings (I went back 2 years) and Edward's desire to sit down with me and really understand what I wanted and what my priorities were. I felt like I got personal service and attention from him and the entire team. But, that's how they treat everyone! Go with Marco's and you will not be disappointed. Its a family business and I felt like my house was treated as their own (including post work cleanup).
These are good, honest people doing quality work. They meet all the criteria for being an AC company and they excel at every aspect. I have dealt with this company for my personal and business use and have done so for multiple years. They originally replaced our AC at our house after two other companies failed. They did it on a Sunday after we were without AC in the summer for three days after two other companies failed and cancelled on us. This is a great company to do business with and they can count on me and my business doing so for quite some time.
Worth every penny! Marcos A/C always responds quickly and helps us understand the issue, provides personal service and offers solutions from which to choose. I started working with them a few years ago in a previous home and haven't had to look elsewhere since. Top notch every time.
Alex and Marcos AC are awesome!!! We kept getting the runaround and no clear answer from our home builder’s AC company. Our year warranty is almost up and we were still having problems with our AC. We decided to call Marcos AC; they installed a new AC unit at our old house and we knew we could trust them. Alex and another tech came out, both very nice and polite. After their inspection, we were given clear answers as to what was working, what wasn’t working and why, answers and explanations to our questions, and our options. We know the builder will only do the minimum required. So when we decide on which option to choose to improve our AC, we know to call Marcos AC to come back out and take care of us.
