We had to have our a/c replaced as it was quite old. The gentlemen did a great job installing the new system. They were kind, honest, and professional. I definitely recommend them to anyone else needing a/c work done!

We purchased a central AC system with this company and unfortunately two years into it, it started breaking down. We have called them on multiple occasions since and they have either failed to show up for appointments made and at this point are only guessing on what might be wrong and have yet to make the needed repairs. I had no choice but to contact another company to come in and do the work. Avoid these guys and go elsewhere.
Incorrectly sized unit, among many other things that went very wrong. Terrible overall experience. You deserve better. Look elsewhere.

We purchased a new central system, not even a year ago wit this company with guaranteed warranty. Our AC has not been working for the last 2 days. I contacted the company and one of the owners Oscar promised us that he would be sending a technician at the date/time he provided us with. I contacted Oscar to verify the status and for him to assure me that a technician will still be out, since it has already exceeded 2 hours from our appt time. Oscar, just fed me some nonsense about his ONLY technician still working at a job site and he was going to be extremely tired. I did inform Oscar that my family and dog have been dealing with this heat in our home for the last two days. Tomorrow will be a holiday and he informed me that they are not obligated to work on holidays, and the fee would be $100 if I wanted a technician to come out. He then hung up on me. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. This company was quick to come and collect the funds when we bought the service/whole AC unit, and install the very next day.

Got a appointment with Rodolfo Blanco from Traders Village and he came to my home. After he gave me the $$$ appraisal which was high.... I told him I had another appraisal $2500 lower he started insulting me that why I was making him lose his time with me and that I was an unresponsible person that I should had called him and told him I had another bid and told him what the bid was so he should not come here to waste his time with me... I was shocked at his words coming out of his mouth and I finally I snapped when he his voice could be heard all over the house and my wife came to the living room to see what was going on...So I told him to get out the house and he kept on talking mad and I asked him to get out again or I was gonna call the cops on him when he finally got out and took pictures of my home from my yard...... Don't buy from these people they are high and heard bad things about them but I still wanted to give them a shot but I was wrong in doing it as I got disrespected I. My own home.!!!!!!!!!
