The Koolpro team are phenomenal. Everybody at the facility was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and skilled. I received a very thorough estimate and site visit to determine my needs and then pair me with the right system for the job, a mini-split. William, the owner, took great pride in his work and ensured I had a first class experience start to finish. The company even accomodated my request to purchase the system and hold it at their facility until I could line up a contractor to do some of the supporting work for the project. Installation took one afternoon and was well done. Be advised that many variables come into play with electrical options to power the unit. Walk through that with William and he will give you terrific advice as well as options. After installation, William and his son came out and personally inspected the system and ensured the unit was operating to standards and specs. The system has been operational for a few months and is working beautifully. The installation of the unit on the outside of the house looks very professional and will add greatly to the value of my property. Try Koolpro and you will be impressed.

Koolpro did a truly excellent job from being on time to the point the work was completed. They repaired a leak the company that installed my HVAC system could not identify. They also identified a number of code defects from the other companies installation. They were knowledgeable and thought in terms of service excellence for ten years not ten months. Very good and professional service. They revised the whole equipment part by part and take the time to do so. This is the second year using them for the regular AC maintenance check up and I am very satisfied with their service. Also, the sensors they offered for the day to day monitoring is a super convenient way to check the operation of the system from an application on your phone. No more forgetting to change the air filter is a big plus. Thanks Koolpro and see you next year again 👍

I wish I had used Willy 10 years ago. He was able to explain old issues that other companies could not. He explained everything he was checking and shared all of the results. There is no pressure at all with him. You pick the items you want repaired and what level of service to receive. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
