honestly one of the best HVAC companies in Harris County rn// I spoke to Al and he was able to help me with everything! I was having so much trouble, He was quick and very knowledgeable, he explained to me the issue andwas able to fix seal and recharge our system! Thank you so muchh
Fixed my sister's AC in a snap. Any other person could have said that the outside unit's motor was blown and taken her for a ride. Instead it was a bad $60 capacitor. Honest and knows the trade well. I have used him several times over the years. My got to AC guy.
Very professional and found the issue with our AC very quickly. Communication was perfect and our AC was repaired the next day, no issues.
Very professional and reasonable prices. Tech Kelly was overly helpful, went over and beyond to find and repair problem and would definitely refer to anyone I know with a hearing and cooling problem. So impressed that this is my first review ever.

The owner, Al is one of the most knowledgeable AC guys I know. Their maybe cheaper guys in town but none that will give you this level of service. Great guys!
Fast, friendly service and experience! Needed a new coil and they were able to fix it in 2 days after diagnosing the problem! Its only been installed about 30 minutes and its made a huge difference already!
The customer service is terrible. Not willing to accommodate a time with the customers request. I work in the same industry and was appalled with the lack of effort to work with the customers availability. The owner of my condo has a home warranty and called them. I cancelled the call and will deal with it myself! So much for taking care of the customer, didn't happen here!!!!!!!
Unfortunately I've had plenty of opportunity to deal with this company. Fortunately, they"re awesome! Kelly is always prompt, responsive and courteous. They don't use scare tactics. I use to have an anxiety attack anytime something would go wrong with the unit. Now I can just remain calm and know that they'll handle it, be honest about it and NOT charge me a fortune.
Took the money and left. My Warranty company had to call another company, which in comparison did the thorough inspection, took pictures and got a complete report. The customer service is.... almost to non-existence.
The motor on our outside AC fan went out.. Al came out with a new motor, but the existing fan blade did not fit it.. I was a little anxious when he left, but he came back in a hour with a new fan blade as well.. He installed everything quickly and the house is cooling down as I type this. Al turned a bad situation into a great outcome!! Thanks Al at King Freeze, you made my day!!
These guys are rip off artists. There slow and overcharge for evrything.
