Justin answered all my questions and advised me on how to maximize the AC unit in my home. Very professional and knowledgeable, would recommend to anyone!
Called the same day and they arrived within an hour. Justin was great and quick and communicative. They were able to resolve a clog issue on the spot. We had another company come out there the day before and wanted to do a ton more work that was actually unnecessary. Justin explained that the other work was not needed, which saved me a ton of money and time. Great customer service from Annette and work done by our Tech Justin.
LJ Medina is a great technician and very professional. We appreciated how he took the time to explain what he was looking at and educating about our system. He was courteous and even followed up after the service to ensure our unit was working well!

Justin Media Junior showed up to my house and examined that the breaker had been flicked off causing my air condition not to work properly. Also, he discovered in the attic that the filter needed replaced. He communicated the two issues he resolved them with his problem solving skills. Now, my house is cool in this hot Texas heat.
My restaurant's dining room compressor & my blower fan for my karaoke room abruptly died. I was having issues with 2 other companies with crazy lead times (1-2 weeks) for compressors and blow fans..... Justin was super professional and ridiculously quick with replacing both the same day he came to do a diagnostic! Justin and the team were very nice and super knowledgeable. I'm going to be using Just-N-Time moving forward for my businesses.

We had a great tech. If you want a respectful, kind, professional tech, I suggest Laine. He was kind to my mom and I. He responded to my call last night. My house was so hot. He apologized that he didn't have the part needed at that moment but he would be stopping by the next day. Sure enough, he arrived within the given time frame, was courteous and got my A/C working again! Will definitely continue doing services with Just-N-Time.

LJ did an amazing job of getting our systems cleaned, serviced and in top shape. He had to replace two capacitors that had gotten weak and showed me the electrical readout -- so I could see that they really did need repair. He's super nice and it's great working with him when he comes to service our units. Thanks LJ!!
