They usually have the basic HVAC supplies and clamps and copper pipe in stock without having to put them on backorder seeing as they're one of the main hubs in Houston that is very convenient I wish more Johnson Supply stores would carry more stock and being as friendly as the customer service at this Stella Link location also a huge shout out to Tim and humble on 1st Street and Laura at another location as well

Everyone is super helpful and the place is really clean.
Usually they have good service but in the guarantees they are really bad especially in the Appion vacuum pumps they supposedly have a 5 year guarantee and they did not cover me even four months of use

I bought parts from Johnson for 20 yrs. Never had a problem. Always helpful and one of my favorite parts stores.
I'm not in the HVAC business, so this project was a bit out of my wheelhouse. However I got great help and ended up getting my customer what he wanted.
