I had a technician come out to my home (Keith) this past Friday for an AC tuneup. The technician was prompt, very considerate of my home, efficient, very personable as well very courteous. Keith gave me good positive feedback, and peace of mind.
We absolutely love our tech from John Moore - Jonathan Berumen. He is always thorough, very knowledgeable, and explains things where we can understand. We would not use John Moore if not for Jonathan!
I was communicated by the scheduling company. They were nice and hospitable. On the day the technician came, he was very forthcoming and listened to what the concerns were. He helped and guided me with what possible issues were. He also made every effort to be professional and courteous while working. He discussed any next steps and gave me all the options. I appreciate his efforts!
I had a issue with my ac unit went out in the middle of the night John moore sent out a technician the same day few hrs after I called. Kiel mire was my tech great work fast efficient and extremely professional give this man a raise 👏. I know for sure if I need anymore work done I need him to work on my equipment 5 star work.
Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior I had an extremely disappointing experience with this A/C company today, 07/05/2023. While the initial communication started off fine, things quickly went downhill. I encountered multiple issues with their customer service, particularly with one representative. During our conversation, I had difficulty understanding the representative, and I kindly asked her to repeat herself a few times. Instead of being patient and accommodating, she put me on hold without any explanation. After a frustrating wait of approximately five minutes, she finally returned and abruptly informed me that she could schedule a service appointment for today. However, when I asked her to repeat the scheduled time, she rudely hung up on me. This level of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers who are seeking assistance and clarification. Effective communication and respectful treatment should be fundamental principles of any reputable company. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this A/C company based on my experience. I urge potential customers to consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Dalen, Steve, and their digging crew did a great job today. I appreciate them completing my sewer drain replacement job before the July 4th holiday. They worked their butts off in 100⁰ Texas heat. They were all very professional, polite, gave great updates and advice. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for them again. Thanks John Moore Services. 👍🏽
The technician, Kiel Mire appeared knowledgeable and was very polite. The world needs more technicians , with this type of customer service they are so hard to find these days. Again, Thank you Kiel.
Shower drainage problem was easily fixed with an auger method. Vincent was very helpful! Purchased a shower strainer at Lowe’s since holes in the shower drain that was recently installed with my shower remodel were much too large to prevent hair blockage.
I asked for an estimate to clean my duct work and Mr. Rick came out on time, and did a comprehensive evaluation of my system and the price to do everything I asked for, He was very polite and courteous. I have hopes of using their service soon.

Alberto arrived as promised and completed the job ahead of time. His crew cleaned up everything they used and left the place looking as if they'd never been there. He gave us a good rundown of what had been done and what state the system was in. Overall, a short while later I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
Chad was punctual, courteous, kind, and professional. He explained exactly what the problem was and proceeded to remedy the situation for me as well as educating me on other suggested services. I was happy that I called.
The quote for a new tankless water heater was in excess of $10,100. Parts cost roughly $2,000 so I asked why the labor total for six hours of work would be $8,000. Didn't get a clear answer. Decided to call other plumbing services and discovered the normal prices for same item (parts & labor) should be between $4,100 and $5,000. Hired another company to do the work. Really poor business to charge customers more than DOUBLE!

Evan did an outstanding job in his assessment and prioritization of my plumbing issues, thus ensuring that my most pressing needs are handled first and in a timely fashion. I greatly appreciate this. Then, Giovanni and Sabastian did an outstanding job in taking care of the garbage disposal installation, sprayer installation, faucet leak and multiple cutoff valve problems that I had. I greatly appreciate the excellent work they all did.
We just had a check up for our a/c and furnace today. Mr. Jones was the professional that came out today. Very polite, very knowledgeable with any questions we had. Very detailed in his explanation. Very very satisfied with John Moore. Thank you

Regarding John Moore Services HVAC. No relationship to John Moore. Steven England came to our house three times to work on repairing and ensuring that our HVAC was repaired and working. The price was more than reasonable, as I have been screwed by another company in the Katy area. I cannot be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and reasonable price we received, and all of my future business will go to this company. David E. Moore
I am so glad they sent Tyler to repair our AC. He was polite, diligent, and honest. He would come down from the attic and show me pictures of his progress and any parts that needed to be replaced. He was very honest and only put in new parts to replace those that really need changing. My wife and I were so pleased with him that we signed up for the twice yearly system inspection which also comes with 10% off any of their services. It was their honest approach with their TV commercial that got me to call, but, it was Tyler that sealed the deal and will keep me coming back
