It's hard to stop a Trane...
Most parts are in stock when ordering for the Trane and American Standard roof top units that I deal with. They also almost always have a cheaper than OEM alternative part when placing an order. Knowledge staff both on the phone as well as counter staff in person.

The company affiliates, contracts, or otherwise does business with with other companies who employ people who are abusive towards members of the community they serve.
