Houston Air Duct Cleaning is a name of Best work trusty peoples. Last day i was hier them to clean air ducts because the air ducts are very dirty they clean the ducts with professional tools now all ducts look fresh and good i highly recommemded Houston Air Duct Cleaning.
Their worker was here and did a great job with the service. He provided good information to prevent any issues in the future and how to keep up with ac maintenance.

Scam company. Don't trust their google review which is 4.5 of our 5. They are the same company as “Aura”. I ordered their most expensive service on their website which includes the unlimited ducts cleaning+sanitize. They came today and told me I only ordered the basic service, but my units have mold and require extra service to clean the plenum box and return air, and do the mold control which is $4000. I rejected and let them do the cleaning. They only used a small vacuum to connect the duct and worked 20 or 30 minutes. I went to attic and asked them to show the duct they cleaned, then I saw there is mold in the duct still. Then I asked them to show every duct before they seal it. Then they worked another 30 minutes there. The sanitizing service in their platinum package is just sprayed some sanitizing at the entrance of the duct before they seal it. This is the most expensive air duct cleaning service post on their website, then they will tell you in person that if you want to clean the whole system you need to pay extra thousands. If you reject, they only use this little vacuum to do their so called "platinum package duct cleaning". It's totally a waste of money. I will let everyone know about their service.

Incredibly quick response and same-day service. They went way beyond the call of duty for what they charged.
We scheduled to have someone come by between 12-2 and we were keeping in contact with them all morning in regards to our appointment. Suddenly, around 2 they didn't return any calls of ours and the tech whom was supposed to come by called 15min before 3 to come by in 70min. Being late is fine if you can give a heads-up. But not communicating that is not right.

The Houston air duct cleaning team is really great! They did an excellent job cleaning my air ducts and I am very satisfied. I had musty smell coming out the ducts and once they have cleaned it everything was gone.
