Chris at branch 357 was amazing. He helped me get the correct replacement parts and shipped to store. He was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond what we expected. Truly a caring person. With the customer service we will be doing more business with Grainger.

My visit at Grainger was a great experience. Dom and Juan gave excellent service to my business dilemma. They collectively worked together to find a effective solution to help solve a problem that a Grainger competitor dropped the ball on. They located the parts needed in Grainger's catalogue to get my business equipment back up and running. I highly appreciate their help and expert knowledge. Great customer service as well. Great job Grainger.
I placed an order online that never went through so I was in the area of the store and dropped in. There were 4 persons with the company tshirt on and not one acknowledged the incoming customers. I walked in an noticed registers but no specific order with persons at at least three Iof them. Neither acknowledged me or the persons who entered after me. I went to the register in the far right corner where there were 2 employees. I with a loaders vest the other not. Neither acknowledged me instead they engaged each other the male at the register walked off so I attempted to find out who to speak to from the female and instead of trying to direct me, she said I don't know anything about up here and walked off also. I walked back to the front where other customers had entered and noticed a ticket machine but it was not in working order. I also noticed that the persons that walked in behind me were now being helped by the male person at the same register he had walked off from when I approached. I did manage to get the attention of an employee walking by and asked how do you get assistance and he replied that customers were handled in the order in which they came in. I pointed out to him that the people behind me were being helped and no one ever asked who was next. Also since I wasn't acknowledged when I entered the store, several other customers were in the store looking as confused as I was as to where the non existent line for service was. I was assisted after that employee finished with the customer he had only to find out the item needed to be ordered, which is what I attempted to do on the website. Order aside, I must comment that the customer acknowledgment by employees at the North Freeway location is lacking. I felt like none of them wanted to actually assist me as a customer and didn't bother to acknowledge me or any of the customers as the steady flow of people entered the location.
Great customer service! Very friendly. I accidentally bought a part that was not the right size, I went back the next day and they exchanged it no questions asked. Will definitely be purchasing parts here again.

I placed an order on Tues, July 20th with a confirmation that it will arrive at 3pm on Fri, July 23rd. Called on the 23rd at 3:15pm and was told that Fedex would delivered it on Monday morning the 26th. Called on Monday morning to see if I could pick up my order and was told that it was not arriving until 3pm. Called at 3pm and was told that it has not been received yet. Picked up my order on the 27th, 4 days later than what was confirmed. However, they left the Fedex tracking number on my order and when I went to Fedex online discovered that Grainger lied and received my order on the 26th at 12:13 pm. This is the second review I have ever given because I believe that reviews should only be given for exceptionally great service, or in the case of Grainger's very poor customer service. I will not be doing business with them again.
An associate by the name of Michelle began shouting orders to wait outside within a second of entering the store. No greeting, just shouting orders to go outside. Rude and arrogant

Have been using Grainger for parts for many years. They are always knowledgeable and helpful. And have always had the parts we need.

Great place nice guys very helpful
HD helped us during this unprecedented winter storm/power outage. Couldn’t find any electrical places open. But despite not having power, they still managed to help us by being open and promptly getting what we needed! We so, so appreciate HD and Juan’s patience in spite of these crazy circumstances. We will always go back to this Grainger store - they’re as dependable as they come!

This Grainger location had the AC capacitor I needed for my Rheem unit. Curbside pickup was efficient and customer service reps were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Grainger, I had my AC unit up and running in a matter of hours for $63 (plus gas money) instead of waiting a day and paying thru the nose for an AC repairman.
