Never calling them ever again! My husband and I are new home owners, and 2 years later we experienced one of the homeowners worst nightmares when our A/C stopped cooling. We were refered to this company, which at first were fine and desperate to get our A/C back. They told us we needed a whole new A/C system unit. We got it. Paid it off within 2 years later, and then our A/C does not cool again. We called them and charged us to come check it out. Since we still have warranty the compressor we need is covered, but we were told it will take 7 to 10 days to get the part. So we wait and since we cannot be in a house that is 92° we had to purchase a few window A/C units. So frustating already because we have to spend extra money already we were not planning to spend. While we waited we contacted other companies and let them know our situation, to see if we can get our A/C fixed sooner, but we still had to pay for them to check ot out so we decided to leave it at that. Turns out we were being overcharged by this company! (GLOBAL AIR) just to come and check whats wrong! Other companies had the SAME lower price!! So were were already mad at that, then came in our price to get it fixed. Almost $1,000 for labor and almost $1000 for THIER freon! During this entire time we been waiting, we were able to make calls, family and friends that know or have worked with A/C companies, and we were informed we were gonna pay too much. My husband was able to purchase freon (new and sealed) for less than $300. So already there we were saving a ton of money. We called Global Air to let them know we have our own freon and they just said "ok". Couple of days later we receive a call back and were told that they wont do the work for the reason that "they can't do that". Keep in mind, the freon is not under warranty, so i don't see why they can't. Its been over a week. We can't even receive the part we need no more because they decided cancel on us. The staff did a wonderful job installing the new A/C. I had to use a portable fan for my master bedroom but Nick Sanchez advised me that they could adjust the fan to get more air in the bedroom so now I do not need the portable fan anymore. Love it. I would recommend their services.
We had Global Air Services come out a few months ago because they came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. During the process of installing all the new equipment, there was an unfortunate mishap. However, Nick Sanchez was quick to respond and take full responsibility. He immediately sent out technicians to repair the problem and was quick to arrange and fix all the cosmetic issues that resulted from the issue as well. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the end results of the installation as well as the care they took in correcting the accidental damage. As a result, we definitely recommend Global Air Services.
Global Air Services is the only company my family and I use for all of our HVAC needs. They are extremely professional, honest, reasonable, timely, and friendly. Additionally, Global Air Services goes above and beyond to complete every service to their customer's satisfaction, which is a rare quality in today's work environment. I have personally utilized their services on several different occasions for things ranging from installation of new units to repairs, and I also hired them for the same services at my parents' home. Furthermore, I have recommended Global Air Services to numerous friends and neighbors throughout the years, all of which have had A+ experiences with the company. Therefore, I highly recommend Global Air Services, especially Nick Sanchez, for your HVAC needs.

Very poor quality installation. I bought a new A/C system with them, and I'm not happy with the work they did. I did some opinions but...They made me feel like my opinions are rubbish and made me feel stupid. They do their job in minimum hours of work, they make many holes just they don't want spend little extra work. they do the job very quickly, regardless of the opinions of the house owner. Now my living room is no getting enough cool than the rest of the house. But they told me the job is done. Very bad company.
Definitely not a liable company. My installation was scheduled for Saturday 9/4/21 they started around 10 am and didn’t finish until around 8 pm they had promised to be done by 2pm. Rafael Bonilla de sales person was supposed to show up around 2 pm to supervise the finished job and he didn’t show up until almost 6pm. Not only that but the technicians didn’t have the T-Stat with them and the A/C filter cover was the wrong size. They promised to come back on Tuesday 9/7/21 to come and install the t-Sra and the a/c cover and the sales person showed up to take measurements of the a/c cover again promised the installation to be done on Wednesday 9/8/21 and no one came. I call them on Thursday and was not able to speak to a supervisor. Finally another sales person José Luis Sanchez promised for the installation to be done in Saturday 9/11/21 between 9am-10am. I had to call the sales person Rafael Bonilla sound 10am to see what had happened and he did even knew why the tech was not at my house. 10;30am I called Rafael again and he rejected my called. I had to called Global Air office again and they called me back with the tech showing at my house around 11:30am with the T-Stat only but no A/C cover. Had to called their office again and once again promised that on Monday 9/13/21 someone after 5 pm will come to the house to install the a/c cover. Definitely not recommend they promised lots of guarantees not sure if I have a problem in the future with the unit not sure if their supposed great warranties are going to be respected. Definitely not recommend this company.
Si a alguien le instalan una unidad nueva, este seguro que lo hagan conforme al codigo y que sea inspeccionado en mi caso dejaron la pipa de cobre en el atico pegado al techo y cuando cambie el Roof la perforaron porque no tenia el espacio que debia de tener, los llame y la excusa fue que los del Roof usaron clavos muy grandes si por cuestion de espacio tenia que quedar cerca al techo porque no avizaron o pusieron un protector,me toco pagar toda la reparacion por mi cuenta pues no respondieron por nada.....solo excusas
Nick handled my AC with the most absolute professionalism. Came out and knew exactly what the issue was within 20mins. Had a sit down and he thoroughly explained all my options. Decided to replace entire system considering my system was 20yrs old. His team came out on time and got to work. Was done without any issues by the afternoon. Couldn't be happier with Global Air Service. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended Global Air Services. We placed a call as our AC was out Nick was very quick at coming to see what the problem was. The Global team was very professional and did a fantastic job installing our new unit in a timely manner minimizing our time without cool air.

I have not had service with them but there prices are more expensive than most. Spoke to the manage Jose Luis. I enquired about having my evaporator changed ( that is still under warranty, so its just an installation charge,) and to do some copper piping. I have had several estimates and they are by far thee most expensive of all Oh well....
Just had a terrific experience with Global Air Service. I had an older system at the end of its life and was in the fix or replace situation. Rudolfo did an excellent job of taking me through my options and explaining the details so I could make an informed decision. I called and spoke to two other companies over the phone and they even confirmed at the price I was quoted and the age of the system, if they were in my position I should use Global Air. Installers were polite, on time and thorough. I'd certainly recommend Global Air Service to my friends and family.
