Our 20+ year old air conditioner died in early June. I found G&B Heating and Cooling online and was impressed by the very positive reviews and the informative website complete with prices. We had 3 estimates from different companies. G&B was the best. The installation was done quickly and neatly just before a hot, humid weekend. God bless you.
This is not a provider but rather a call center that puts you in touch with local technicians. To get service in a timely manner they informed me I needed to pay an extra fee and sign up for the “premium home service”. It is a scam and extremely difficult to remove from automatic renewal. I strongly advise you find a different option.
Our experience with G&B Heating and Cooling has been excellent on all counts. In addition to installing our replacement geothermal system, they made sure we got the guarantee benefits we were entitled to from the manufacturer. We enrolled in a maintenance plan with them and they have been superb in following through with the twice a year maintenance visits, always. As a result, our geothermal unit functions as it is supposed to. Couldn’t be happier!
Henry did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our furnace. I called in the morning and G&B Heating and Cooling was able to fit us into his schedule the same afternoon. He was here for about an hour and was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, fixed our issue and got the heat back on. Highly recommended.
These guys serviced my heat pump. The technician who showed up was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me everything he did and answered all of my questions . He was done at the expected time and cleaned up his mess. I will highly recommend them.
Zack with G&B Heating and Cooling is the best service technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with to date. He was thorough and very patient when he explained precisely what was wrong with the equipment. If I ever have any HVAC issues in the future, I won’t hesitate to call G&B Heating and Cooling.
Henry came to do a whole system air duct cleaning and did an amazing job. He took pictures and updated me throughout the service and explained ways to maintain and help keep my system clean. He is very knowledgeable. I am glad I called them. Highly recommend them.
I love that you can call G&B Heating and Cooling at any time of day and speak to a real person. They have always sent someone out to us same day. All the HVAC techs have been really professional and knowledgeable. I like that they are upfront about costs as well.
Zack and Henry showed up right on time. They were very professional and courteous. They provided a great service and took the time to explain everything they were doing and that made us very comfortable. We would highly recommend their services.
I have used G&B Heating and Cooling for years. I have found all of the service people to be professional and polite and on time, including Festus, my most recent technician. They never pressure you to do something but explain their recommendations thoroughly. Will hire them again.
Called with a broken AC unit and in less than two hours Noel and Zack came to the rescue. Very professional and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain to us how to better care for our units. Highly recommended.
Zack arrived when he said he would and got right to work. My air conditioner was not cooling.He found that it needed freon which he added and then cleaned the inside of the unit with a hose.I was very impressed with the service.Would highly recommend.
Zack was professional at meticulously identifying the issues with my AC system. He is very knowledgeable and expedient when explaining my repair options and what to expect. Zack arrived sooner than I thought which allowed me to get to work sooner. He was competent, quick, identified the problem within minutes and was done in less than 60 minutes from A to Z. Didn't charge me for anything other than the part and the service call. Proudly recommended!!
Quoted me $39.99 verbally to install a thermostat, said it would be $170.00 when they arrived to the house after waiting days for my appointment. A huge difference!!! They made no attempt to take accountability for their mistake or compromise their price. Thermostat is not installed. Poor customer service.
Zack came by to do routine maintenance on our AC unit Monday last week. He was very detailed in explaining every step of the process and also gave me a very detailed invoice which I never had with the other companies. I had to buy a maintenance plan so I'm very glad to be working with G&B Heating and Cooling!
I really appreciated the text with Zack's photo that I received prior to his arrival. The service was quick, efficient and professional. Zack also went out of his way to label all the shut off valves for the system and threw in one for the ice maker that was totally unrelated, but very helpful. Thank you G&B Heating and Cooling.
