Called at 7pm and Randy was here at 7:30am the next day. Very professional and noticed a few needed items that were not installed on the original install 4.5 years ago. I appreciate Randy's expertise and prompt service.
Have an older a/c system, 10-15 years old. Was told a new system was needed by another A/C company. I like people who are not afraid to completely diagnose the system, first! Was told it was worth replacing the drier & recharging system for restriction in low pressure side of A/C, before replacing entire system. $350 versus $13,500. We were lucky! Yes, I know the system will not last 10 more years, but, the system has been well maintained & still has life left in it! Thank You Randy!

Fly AC is the best AC repair/service in the Houston area. Fixed a broken outside unit in minutes and serviced the entire system quickly too. All while providing tips and pointers to prevent future AC problems. I will be using Fly AC for all AC needs and recommending them to all my Houston area friends/family.

We have used Fly HVAC for many many years, and have recommended them to others and they in turn have given great praise to this business. This particular visit was for an installation of a whole-house dehumidifier to replace an old worn out dehumidifier that has been like a work-horse. This visit arrival was on time, all work done (from removing the old system to installing the new system) was done in 1 hour. Very quickly in my opinion. There is more that can be said from challenges that our home has had in the past and Fly HVAC solved what other teams of professionals could not, but rest assured that you are in honest good working hands with this company.
