This company is absolutely unorganized, untrustworthy and flat-out dishonest. I've always had to follow up with quotes & production. When making a request to proceed with an order, expect no reply. These issues start at the top of the organization. I will never use this company again.

This is the only place I have my air ducts made, I've tried other places but they're not even close. I highly recommend these people to have yor projects done.

I HAVE USED CUSTOM DUCT FOR 15 YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS TREATED ME GOOD AND THEY GET MY ORDERS OUT QUICK. IF YOU ARE AN A/C CONTRACTOR, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Took 6 months to get order and then smirked at me when I asked a question about my order.
