Fantastic company. The units, parts and service are truly top rate. Their air purification systems are especially important with concerns about coronavirus.

Custom Air Products is a fist class business. Weather it is in a high rise downtown or a Oil Rig in the middle of the Gulf, they can find a way to keep it cool. Its all about experience and they have the experience to get it done right in a timely fashion.

Employees (fabrication) work 12 hr shifts everyday with no days off, which is why they are constantly hiring new employees, this company have no regard for their employees family or the employee. It would be wise not to work your employees to DEATH....this is why caps have such a high turnover rate! this company should really do better with considering their employees besides providing a food truck once out the week.....
EVERY TIME I see one of this company's trucks on the road....I GET EXCITED... I manage a unique kind of business with specialized equipment and this company has literally done what no others could do (3 others to be exact). Finding this company was quite an expensive and frustrating process...but we have found our answer. These guys will take out all blueprints, work together, and find the answers like no other! These guys communicate with each other so willingly, effectively, and thoroughly and it reminds one of an actual close family! The teamwork is truly extraordinary! They will stop and explain EVERYTHING to you all you desire, understand your emotions when you are completely stressed, and show with their body language and actions that you will be well taken care of. I always feel one can determine how the management of a company truly is by the way the employees enact with each other and the customers...and this company is TOP NOTCH. The great morale here is noticeable and apparent. This company's ownership/management is doing something PERFECT!
Im a driver, I come here 2 times a week but my last time here one guy was so rude about me wearing a hardhat, he didn't let me drop off what i had, What I dont understand is why he was tripping about it if everybody else wasn't wearing a hardhat, put a complaint with my warehouse about the situation.

Beware when calling this company for A/C service! I called this company this morning at 6:10 AM, Aug. 7, 2015, when I woke up and the a/c did not seem to be cooling right. The only experience i have had with this company is seeing them in my place of employment a few times. It sounded like the answering service that answered, and I specifically asked if they only did commercial, or if they also did residential. I was told they do residential, and she took my info. A "technician" called me back at 6:23 AM, said someone would be out ASAP! Called "tech" back at 2 PM, said he was sorry, and was going to be calling into office right away. Called CAPS at 2:30, they seem to know nothing about my appointment, said, We do not do residential. I said I called their #, and talked to people representing their company, that told me they were coming out. I asked if they could still send someone out to do a residential, since all this has transpired under their company name, and they said they only do commercial. BTW, it's going to be the hottest weekend in a couple of years. Thanks for being a neighbor, ya'll!
