Once again, Brad and crew do an amazing job! He came out after hours within 30 minutes and diagnosed and fixed our problem right away. He is always extremely helpful and super knowledgeable about his work! Clearly one of the best AC companies in Houston! ***** An amazing AC repair company! Brad came out on a Friday night IN JULY at 6 o’clock to fix a blower motor that had gone out on our AC. He was here within 20 minutes and had the problem solved in less than an hour for an extremely reasonable price—especially considering the circumstances. Not only were they quick and professional, but Brad was extremely nice and bent over backwards to help us. Felt like a family friend coming to solve the problem. We have used them for about a year and think they are truly awesome! The best in West Houston!

I contacted this company after seeing they were locally owned and had been in business for many years. They were able to schedule a repair for my HVAC system for the same day. While refilling the coolant in the compressor, he explained how everything worked and how the parts typically fail or lose coolant over time and explained the pros and cons of replacement vs repair. Very professional and trustworthy!

I heard about Courtesy Air through a referral. Dave and Brad were responsive and patient as I decided which new HVAC system to select. They provided an initial 3 quotes labeled as Good, Best and Better. When I decided that I wanted to consider a varias speed A/C system, they sent me 3 more quotes. It was a hectic month for me, so I was not able to provide a quick response regarding the selection of HVAC system. Dave never pressured me. He was thorough in his explanations and answered my many questions. Furthermore, we have connections to a friends that owns an A/C business in East Texas, so I sent them quotes. The friends communicated that the quotes were pretty on target. Lastly, Courtesy Air were timely with the installation. They arrived on time on the install day on and they completed the job the same day. No concerns whatsoever with timeliness. Unfortunately for me, I will need to install another HVAC unit in the next year or two; Courtesy Air will have my business’s again . I highly recommend them.
Brad was really great to chat on the phone about my AC issue and he was responsive in getting to my house to troubleshoot. From the get go he was informative about what he was going to try with my carrier unit and was transparent about why he was taking the steps he was. I appreciate that Brad was educational about my unit, asked questions to understand, explained what he could to me, and overall provided great customer service. This guy is no nonsense, honest, and I really appreciate the care and pride he has for his work.
Even though they told me they don't deal with the kind of hard galvanized duct work I have in my attic (I can understand why) they set up an appointment and came out the next day. Checked out the blower, inspected the repairs I had done, fixed the float switch which was broken, and answered all my questions about my HVAC system. Well worth it, cost was very cheap, and I would absolutely call them for all my future HVAC needs. Since I wrote this they've been out twice, both times just awesome guys who know their stuff and always communicate what they're doing so I know what's going on and what to look for in the future. I hope I don't have to call them again any time soon but I'm very glad to have found them.

**Update: Dave came out to fix the issue and we're pleased with the final result.** During the heat of summer last year, our indoor evaporator coil stopped working and we did not have a functional HVAC system for several days. We called Courtesy Air Conditioning & Heating because they had high ratings and a lot of 5-star reviews. Jeremy arrived as the technician and installed a new indoor evaporator coil. However, during the process he said that the unit will make a "buzzing" sound even though it's working properly, but that he'll come back to fix it if we can't stand the noise. Well, sure enough, we couldn't stand the noise, and Jeremy ghosted us.
First time calling Courtesy Air. Brad was very responsive and was able to diagnose the problem fast. They have definitely earned my business going forward.

Called Dave at Courtesy Air for a minor A/C concern after having used them in the past for a significant repair. Dave and Courtesy Air are the most professional and honest group of A/C technicians I have ever utilized in over 25 years of home ownership!
It is so refreshing to call a company that is honest. With the cold weather upon us, it is necessary to have your heater and thermostat working properly. The service was the best! I highly recommend them. It is not often that you say this was a pleasant experience!
