Vixiene came out last August during the heat wave with freon for my unit so when I noticed water on the ceiling last week I knew to call him at Cool-It. It was 91* inside at 8:30 pm. He was polite and explained what he was doing, took care of the clogged drain pan and replaced a part. He also gave me advice on my furnace and the need for a carbon monoxide monitor. I was so appreciative that he would come that night. I definitely recommend Cool-It!
Vixenne and his team were excellent. They responded quickly and were able to install a new a/c within days.
Wow, super impressive. Vixene is amazing and on top of his work. He personally came out the next day and had his installers (George and Mario) pick up a brand new part from the manufacturer’s warehouse, install a new coil, put Freon in and had the air-conditioning up and running all within an 18-hour turnaround. Highly recommend, honest, good work, and very transparent. These guys know exactly what they are doing and get it done fast and efficient.
I can’t say enough good things. I have never did business with someone that I’ve been so happy with. We used cool-It a while back and felt the same way. His prices are very reasonable, not only is he very heart felt and respectable but very honest as well. He was willing to bend over backwards to help me out. The quality of work was outstanding. I’ve never had a text ignored and always got a call back. If you need anyA/C and heating done I strongly recommend Cool-It Update : the review above is from the past and just used Cool It again today 5-31-23 and still feel the same way about him. I will be using him for some time to come. I strongly recommend him if you ever need any kind of A/C service done.

These folks are my absolute go-to for both heating and A/C. I don’t stress about maintenance issues because I trust them, and they do excellent work.
Vixiene helped me out - he was able to quickly come to my apartment, understand the setup, diagnose the issue, and fix the cause of poor cooling performance. Furthermore, he remembered the visit and was able to troubleshoot a power issue. Would recommend for anyone!
The experience we had working with Vixiene and his Cool-It team was excellent, start to finish. We had to replace a 3-ton unit and after getting seven estimates, Cool-It had the equipment we wanted for the best price. Also, I can't say enough about their level of workmanship and professionalism. Jorge and Mario installed the unit and although the job took nearly nine hours, we barely noticed they were here. Part of the reason it took so long, was because they noticed that the venting was not up to code. They decided they should completely reroute the ventilation. They didn't ask, they just handled it. They also took extra care to make sure that the unit was level and secure. Upon completion, Vixiene even sat with me and helped register the equipment, to ensure the validity of the warranty. I cannot recommend Cool-It HVAC highly enough. A+++

Vixiene was super prompt, professional and patient with an issue we had with our HVAC not working (turned out we were being dumb). He was very courteous and I will be using this company for duct replacement work that we need as well. Thank you again Vixiene for coming out and helping us with such a minor issue!
They were very responsive, showed up on time, cleaned up everything and left no mess BEST PART IS- they were way less expensive than anyone else that quoted us. They were also so very nice and helpful giving us hints on what do do with our other AC to keep it running. Vixiene was the BEST!
