Carlos R and his colleague Clive were our technicians to fix our AC. Cold air was not coming out from the vents. We were glad to have Carlos a second time as our technician!! Both of them were very professional and made sure that they had their shoe covers when they stepped in the house. They fixed the issue in a timely fashion and provided us with great details with what had happened. They provided excellent customer service and highly recommend this team. Thank you to Church Services to ensure that you have a good team working with the company.
Addy came out and took the time to properly figure out what was the issue. Great attitude and willing to explain what was up with our system. 10/10 would recommend.
Edwin was extremely pleasant, thorough and explained his inspection results very clearly. He also provided recommendations. His penmanship was also excellent, lol

Andrew fixed the drain problem quickly. We appreciated the same day service since this sink also drained our AC. Andrew also offered tips to keep the drains flowing!
Edwin was my tech today. He was a trooper in all this heat. He cleaned our blower and coil and got 2cm of dirt off. Now my house smells like citrus and it's great!!! Thank you so much for a great job!
Louie was excellent and prompt with replacing my filters. On time and very personable. Superb representative of his organization. Shortly after Louie, Dallas and Robert stopped by to install an electrical outlet for my tankless water heater. Quick, professional, and cordial. Excellent organization.
Church Services did an amazing job and were very thorough and informative with our AC issues. Problem solved quickly. Zion, Jay and Clive were very professional and did great work.
Deep provided excellent service and took the time to explain everything in detail. We will definitely follow up with Church Services recommendations and ask for Deep to service our home.
Our AC went out last night, I called Church Services first thing in the morning. They where professionals from the very start. The lady on the phone was very nice and acted promptly on my request. A gentleman named Carlos was sent out that same morning and after a thorough inspection was able to fix our issue and explained it so that I could understand. I’m very satisfied with this company, thank you!

Martin did a great job. None of hvac companies or providers had same day service almost all had 3 to 4 day lead time . It was an emergency situation with clogged ac line water leak via ceiling. Church services was immediate response and Martin did a great job. Highly recommend in Houston area.
Braxton came out and serviced our HVAC and did a great job. Was personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tech.

First of all, I will state that the installers did indeed do a good job. My issues were with the fact that I called in the issue on Sunday morning and the repair was not completed until Thursday afternoon. Next, my failure was diagnosed as a coil leak in my Lennox unit that is less than 3 years old. Very disappointing. Now the real issue was the cost, which appeared to be twice what I read as industry average. $500 to have a tech use a sniffer for 40 minutes to detect a leak. Next was $3600 for the 4 hour installation and refrigerant. I have used Church for over 10 years and previously been quite satisfied. This time I am quite disappointed.
Pham was very detailed and professional. He first talked about the procedures he was going to do with the AC unit and pricing. Making sure I was aware before him proceeding. He explained what he was doing when I asked. I appreciate his patience with me and my many questions. Pham is a great asset to the Church Service team indeed.
My a/c went out last night. I called Church services at 8:05am they said someone would come between 2p-6p. I received a call 1 hour later, tech is 15 mins away. I was surprised. Mr. Pineda arrived and explained to me what the issue was and fixed me up in 1 hour. I know this don’t happen often but I like the knowledge and of course the quickest to get me back running. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends
Clive and Jamon were excellent! Very knowledgeable and able to figure out what was going on with our system. We look forward to using Church’s again!
