Have used this company for over 10 years at the recommendation of our realtor. They are always quick to respond and reasonably priced. I recently had both of my AC and furnaces replaced and the team was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!

Brian and the team at Chimney Rock have been a godsend since I moved in my new-to-me but aging home last year. Every person on the team has been prompt and professional when I’ve called for regular maintenance or repair. They’ve fixed shoddy work that the contractor my home warranty sent over did on my AC and when the system finally died, we’re able to quickly get me set up with a new cooling system with an excellent warranty on parts and labor. Best of all, I trust them to do good work and not upsell me on products or services I don’t need. Can’t recommend them enough!

Chimney Rock has been servicing our home for the last four years and they’ve been fantastic. We had a 6 day old newborn and our AC wasn’t working well. Matt came out on a Saturday night at 8:30 to check things out. We ended up needing our entire unit and furnace replaced, and they were quick at getting that done, only taking about three hours. We will absolutely continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs!

I like that they have been in business for so long and can absolutely be trusted. I really appreciate that they change my filters and clean the vent as a courtesy. Having a service provider who responds promptly and does excellent work is a comfort for a homeowner who has a older home. If we have an AC issue when it is hot, Chimney Rock comes to the rescue quickly. All the service folks are great to have in your house and the owner makes sure you are taken care of correctly. They are folks you can trust.

Two AC,s went out at the same time, maybe caused by a power surge. One came back on in about 3 hours but the other didn't. I called Bryan at Chimney Rock Heating and AC at 4:35 in the afternoon and explained my situation. He said he would have someone there between 8:00 and 8:15 the next morning. Matt called about 7:45 saying he was on him way. He arrived 15 minutes later. Suspicion of power surge was affirmed when he found a circuit board damaged. He left and returned with the part, replaced it, then did the semiannual wellness check on all units. Great service at very reasonable price!

Chimney Rock Service has been servicing our air/heat system for years. We recently found it necessary to replace our entire air/heat system. We did not hesitate to get a bid from Chimney Rock Service and contracted them to do the work. They performed in their usual manner. The job was performed quickly, neatly and professionally. We could not be more pleased with this company.
