I have had issues with my AC unit since my house was built 5 years ago. I have had countless technicians out to repair it and nobody could ever diagnose the problem. Randy came out and identified the issue within 15 minutes. He ordered the parts under manufacturer warranty, put a temporary fix in place, and scheduled the permanent repair for 2 days later. We're back to having reliable and cold air conditioning. Thank you so much, Randy! I'll be asking for you by name going forward.
We had guests from out of town and were about to go on a vacation of our own, and of course, our 16-year-old water heater disintegrated! All I had to do was call for help and it arrived. RM explained it all including great advice, gave us a stellar price, and had us in working order in two hours. Would highly recommend!
Got a brand new water heater the same day! Our Technician John B was excellent! Very efficient, knowledgeable and on time. Very happy with this service and we highly recommend. :)
Clayton was responsive, professional and on-time. He did a great job of thoroughly explaining everything including all of my options. He was fast, clean and efficient in replacing our water heater.
I called them late at night on a Friday and they came out the next day to install the water heater. Great customer service, would highly recommend this company. l, picked up the new tank for us and efficiently installed it. Also very personable and friendly. Everything in A-1 shape when he left.
Our water heater suddenly sprang a leak. Blueleaf AC & Heating LLC Houston was able to come out quickly, gave us an estimate ahead of time (which was accurate), and did the job smoothly and professionally.
This is our second time using Blueleaf AC & Heating LLC Houston. They responded quickly and sent a technician out the next day. Clayton Young did an outstanding job and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to replace our leaking water heater and bring everything up to code. He kept me posted on his arrival time, explain everything he was doing, and even let me record a video of how to relight the pilot. I would definitely ask for him again should we have water heater issues.
Loni did an amazing job replacing our broken water heater with a brand new one. He was very helpful in understanding our options, removing the broken unit and getting the new one working. He is friendly and efficient. We would gladly work with Blueleaf AC & Heating LLC Houston again!
Blueleaf AC & Heating LLC replaced my old system with two new Trane 17 SEER 3-ton systems and did a great job! The crew that showed up on time - Allahjuuan, Devohn, Earl, Edgar, Joshua, Juan, Justin and Robert were professional and kept the job site very clean. I would recommend this company to a friend.
This is a great group of people for ac repair, very knowledgeable, responsive, and I have had no issues with them on multiple call outs at different locations.

Came home from vacation to find out our AC unit had stopped working. Called Blueleaf AC & Heating and they had someone over within two hours of me calling. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He got things up and running and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.
Blueleaf AC & Heating crew was awesome not only did he do a great job he answered all our questions. He even answered questions we didn’t even know we had. He was very personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This is a rare company!! They are prompt, professional, and precise in their work. They always call in advance and can do any job with care and perfection. Hard to find professional plumbers like this! I would highly recommend!
I had a great experience contacting this company to fix my HVAC. They sent Israel out to examine my issue the same day I called. He was able to come back the next day with the replacement part I needed. Israel was great. I did not feel like I was being sold anything I didn’t need. I would recommend their services.
Last week we had a new ac unit installed using Blueleaf AC & Heating. Their price was unbeatable. We were told upon installation that they would check our duct work and do any repairs that needed to be done. Shortly after they left we realized we weren't getting air in two of our rooms. Finally today after a week of calling we get someone back out to then tell us that some of the duct work isn't connected. Even though he said they would do repairs Should anything need it. I specifically asked before they left after installation if there was anything that we needed to be worried about, to which he replied no Everything looks great you just need a little more insulation. So after comming back out it's going to cost us an additional $600 to repair the ducts that he supposedly did not see. So to summarize he said that they would check for needed repairs didn't check for repairs and now says we have to pay an additional $600 because they didn't see it the 1st time. Remember if it seems too good to be true it probably is.
