Our furnace had an issue with a switch which we got replaced by this contractor. The technician was helpful and they charged a fair amount for it.

Our ac unit needed its capacitor changed, Big Texas Comfort of League City did it for us and their charges were also fair enough.
We have an old ac unit that wasn't cooling well so thought of getting someone to check it for us and advise if something could be done about it. We tried calling a few companies but liked the way Big Texas Comfort of League City handled our call. We got them to visit the following day. They inspected and identify some issues that would cause gas to leak out. They were honest about everything, fixed the ac, and did some maintenance and tuning. The unit works well now and we are enjoying our fixed ac
Big Texas Comfort of League City fixed what I THOUGHT was a new AC system in my new home I purchased just last month. They were quick, professional, and completed the work quickly. I would definitely use Big Texas Comfort again. I actually feel glad my AC kinda crapped out so that I have Big Texas Comfort in my phone book to call as needed!

I was very pleased with their work. The technician took pictures of the problem and showed them to me so I could visually see what the issue was. Through my experiences, no one has ever done that. I appreciated the extra effort. They are honest and friendly. I would recommend them and use them again.
I can't recommend Bob and his crew enough! I thought we were going to have to replace our air conditioner, but Bob and his crew are incredible. They fixed it for us and now we're as good as new! Definitely recommend these guys because they’re the most honest and hard working people you’ll ever meet in the League City area.
This is the first time I tried Big Texas Comfort. I was looking for a new a/c company since I had become unhappy with my previous one. So glad I found them! Technician David came out the same day (even though I told them it wasn't an emergency). It took him two days (close to 3 hours total) to diagnose the problem because it started raining the first day, but he only charged me for the repair. He also gave me two repair options, including one that was half as expensive. No pressure to buy a new system (like the previous company I had been using). Very honest, and I was surprised at how little he charge me.
Big Texas Comfort did an excellent job replacing my A/C compressor and installing a new air return and thermostat. They went out of their way to confirm my unit was under warranty and saved me thousands of dollars by doing so. Their technicians and installation team were timely, professional and worked efficiently. Another HVAC company came out and told me my entire system needed to be overhauled and provided an exorbitant estimate and a misleading sales pitch. I’m so glad that I contacted Big Texas Comfort and hired them for the job instead. I highly recommend Big Texas Comfort for any HVAC needs.
Absolutely fantastic company. Have used them twice. Once for duct work repair that NO ONE else would fix. And most recently to replace my ac unit and furnace. Couldn't be happier. Very clean and efficient.

We reached out to Big Texas Comfort at 9am because our A/C system would not start up. David showed up 3 hours later, and was able to fix 2 different problems for us. The 2nd problem had been checked by another local company that had told us the problem was “un-fixable” and recommended to replace the entire system. David found the solution installed the part he had in stock, and our system did not need to be replaced. David fixed both problems in less than 80 minutes, and we appreciated their prompt same-day service. David is very knowledgeable and deserves these high ratings. Quality service, 5 stars.
I called big texas comfort at 5 pm because I had some water spots forming on my ceiling and thought I had a clogged drain. David showed up just after 6 and went through all the details and found out that I had some restriction in air flow causing condensate. Problem solved. He then diagnosed another bigger issue I'd been having which was lack of air to my living room. He installed a damper on a duct that was missing it and redirected air from some over blowing vents to the under performing one. It's only been an hour since he left and I can tell my living room cools better now. David was very experienced and very kind. Would 10/10 call and ask for David for my next issue.
Great service, arrived in the time frame window. Replaced a capacitor for me and came out on a Sunday!! Thank goodness for David.
