I am giving big kudos to Dana LeBlanc and Perci who helped me to make my AC working again. Perci found the problem which is the compressor. And Dana has been helping me from day one to dispatch technician immediately. Thank you, Big Tex!

I called and got an appointment the same day. Someone called me before the tech arrived and he showed up within 10 minutes of the call. The tech that came in was extremely efficient and really nice. Made sure to check in once he was done which was under 30 minutes… the fresh air in my home was a relief!! Thank you

Purchased a home and these guys did the air conditioning. Inside the home the temperature doesn’t cool everywhere correctly. Vents making loud jingling noises.. and the outside exhaust is tilted. So took about 2 months to schedule and appointment and the one they gave me was another week. Then on appointment day they called to reschedule again for next week. Then when coming to leave this review I was in shock as to how poor there reviews are. I just don’t understand how these companies don’t care about people
Needed the tape around the plenum re attached as the unit was blowing cold air into the attic The tech arrived was extremely courteous and proceeded to repair the issue Given the difficulty in accessibg the provlem area the tech was able to affect a complete reseal of the unit and everything appears to be functioning normally Overall a very good job in my opinion

I had an appointment today for them to come check my AC. I made a call just to confirm and they told me they were going to reschedule because it was busy due too peak season. Really inconvenient since I could of made plans for today. They could of called me one day before to let me know. They need to get themselves organized especially since they know this is their peak season!!!

We have used Big Tex twice to repair our AC system. Both times, we got a timely appointment, and the service person arrived in the estimated time frame. The service person was friendly, efficient and quickly identified the problem. In one case, a second trip was needed because a part needed for the repair was not available locally. What impressed me was the communication - our calls were answered quickly, appointments were timely, and when there was a delay because a part was not available locally, they kept us updated on status and estimated delivery time.
Our AC went out and Big Tex came through for us big time!!!! Great customer service. Fast, friendly efficient techs! Thanks much!

Great guys and always ready to get you unloaded and back on the road. They work hard and go above and beyond.
Do not use this company. If you have an emergency with their ac, they do not have the capabilities to cater to you on a timely manner. I had a heating emergency and my house was in the 50s at night and the could not come out until their next appointment which was the next month. I was told to get another repair company.
