Be Cool has some of the best communication and walks clients through the process of maintenance with photos and videos. They have been on time or early for each call out. I appreciate their care for our property and honesty when unit problems have occurred.

We just bought this house the ac was blowing hot air. Technician came out right away fixed the problem within minutes literally!!
Have used these guys for years on multiple houses. They are always really responsive, on time, know their stuff, and do a great job! Beau even came out on July 4th to replace the fan so we could have a pleasant holiday!
Beau came yesterday to check my A/C. I was afraid we had mold , we did. Made an appointment for today. He and his crew were on time and completed everything in a couple of hours. He installed a UV Light to eliminate the mold and prevent it from being a problem. He also installed a whole home filter in the attic. I highly recommend Be Cool A/C and Heating.
Beau is a customer of mine and when the time I needed his services, he responded. His 24hr hotline people fantastic. Got an appt for this morning after a night of no air and Beau replaced several items and had me up and running in no time. Great Service Be Cool...when its time to replace the unit I know who to call. Thanks
Wow!!! This company surpassed all my expectations. I called on the whim because I was needing my ac looked into as I was selling my home. I called at 10am and was set for a 3pm appointment, same day. Thank you so much. On top of this, they sent a gentleman named rider our way. He was so knowledgeable, punctual, skillful and just overall great communicator. Have been a raving fan of Be Cool since they did our complete HVAC install a few years ago. They service our system twice a year and I wouldn't be without them in Houston!

Rider came and did an A/C system maintenance on my 2 systems. He is very thorough and explained to me what my system was doing and made a recommendation on how to improve and prolong my 2 A/C units. What I like about Rider is that he is so passionate about what he is doing that it shows when he talks to me about it. Rider is a very nice and curteous young man. I would definitely recommend Be Cool AC & Heating.

We had them do a preventative maintenance checkup. J.J. (nice young man) was here on time and explained the process to us. He went right to work. J.J. found no problems with our system. Fast reliable service at a very fair price.

Note: Last year, had them install a high efficient hospital grade filter system with UV. No more dusting of furniture and house items every week. It has eliminated the vast majority of dust. Very skilled, polite, neat and on time. The office called before their scheduled time. Their crew texted me when they were on the way. Received a followup email and text after they were done within an hour. Our tech, Rider, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything along with many photos of our equipment. I really appreciate that! Thank you Rider and thank you Bo, for stopping in to say hello . Highly recommend these guys for all AC and heating needs!!
