I have use this company for both installation and semi annual maintenance. They’re very responsive to calls and all the technicians have acted very professionally. Communication is always good and work area is left clean. Highly recommended!
Have been a customer for several years. As a female, I have had several negative experiences with other providers trying to scarw me into "critical repair" things during each service call. Bayou City Aire techs do not upsell and always provide multiple repair options with a clear explanation and cost-benefit analysis for all.
Fixed my A/C in record time. The price to come out is steep, but service was very professional and quick.

These guys are a little pricier than others but they diagnose the right issue and get the job done. They’re organized, on time and responsive. Rey is our tech and he’s been great to work with the last few times he’s come by. If you’re looking for an honest company to get the job done properly Bayou City Aire is the one.

I've been using this company for almost 10 years now. If they fix it, or replace it they stand behind thier work. If it's not broke they won't fix it. Call them for your seasonal maintenance and save yourself some money on last minute repairs.

I called a few places before calling Bayou City Aire and was told it would be a minimum of 2 days before someone could make it out. I called Bayou City Aire around 3pm and, although they didn't have any technicians available, the owner said he could stop by to check out our AC unit. He showed up on time and had everything squared away same day. Great service. Would highly recommend Bayou City Aire.

Our AC was struggling to keep up with the summer heat. We had several local businesses come out. Bayou Aire gave the most comprehensive evaluation of our system, the best bid to replace our 19 year old dinosaur of a system and great service. They also provided a loaner system to get us by until installation without even being asked. Cannot recommend them enough, very satisfied customer!
Our interaction with this business has been extremely professional, honest and overall good. Angel is an expert in HVAC and provides clear recommendations according to need. He provided options and helped me decide on the best. The technicians that came to install the system were professional, well organized and did the job well. Even the office staff is great; they completed the paperwork timely and summarized it with a nice email. We'll definitely support this small business in the future.

Bayou City Aire was the first company out of several to give me a good price on replacing my AC and heating unit. With Bayou city I was able to get a better AC unit than Abacus and other companies were offering, and at about half the price. Angel and his team were punctual and completed the job quickly. My AC works great, and I'm relieved I no longer have to worry about it breaking down.
I can’t say enough nice things about Bayou City Aire. I had an entire system replacement and chose Bayou City after talking to and getting quotes from 5 or 6 companies. The owner (Angel) and all of the techs are very kind and respectful. They did a great job, and were very thorough. Their prices were very reasonable. Overall, I’m incredibly impressed and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Bayou City Aire, from their service techs, to their billing department to their owner is a reliable, professional, super-competent air-conditioning company.
