They are amazing. I bought a new system from them in March 2022. The price was reasonable they did a great job installing it. I have used Astro Tex for the last 16 years. They have always maintained my Heating and AC unit. I buy the maintenance package every year which is very reasonably priced. They come right out and take good care of me. Astro-Tex installed my new heat pump a year ago and has been amazing! By far the best price and value and there was no comparison! I highly recommend using them and loved the customer service as well!
I cannot recommend this company enough! Derek and Chrissy at Astro-Tex have always been so responsive and honest. Their technicians are highly trained and qualified, professional, kind and honest. I sleep better knowing that I can trust them with any AC repair, maintenance, or installation and it will be done correctly, fast, and I won't be over charged. I will use them time and time again!

Astro-Tex has always come through for us over the years, and provided great customer service again today. The company originally installed our unit and serviced it as needed over the years. The air conditioner had been struggling the last week or so to keep up with the triple-digit afternoon temperatures, so we had a routine service on the schedule for later this week to make sure everything was in good working order. Unfortunately, the A/C went out on us today. With the indoor temperature over 80 degrees and climbing, we were so relieved when they said they would get a crew over here same day. Special thanks to Paul and Billy, who went above and beyond by taking an extra call at the end of their workday so that we could get some relief from this heat! They diagnosed the problem right away, and had the part they needed available in their van so they were able to get us up and running without delay. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a same day emergency service call. They were so kind, were careful to protect our property from any damage, and left the area clean when they finished working. I recommend Astro-Tex for any of your heating or cooling needs!
Call them in the morning and they had our AC fixed by noon. Very professional and nice. Great prices. Would definitely use them again.
They were on time. Kept a clean area and took all their trash with them. Gave me options and did not force the high end brands. Added a UV system as well. Office did a follow up as well as a senior tech.

Great company. Called and they came out the same day. They just happened to be working around the corner from my house. The gentleman that fixed my thermostat was very efficient. I will call them back and refer friends and family. It's hard to find good vendors. Good job!!
We own several rental properties and Astro-Tex is always reliable and always there to quickly diagnose & repair. Very reasonable pricing and dependable, honest technicians!
Lightning struck my home, knocked out all my electronics. Called Astro tech and they sent a technician out who found the problem ordered the part & then a second technician came out installed the part & cleaned my AC Coil. Prices where reasonable, I would recommend using Astro Tech for your AC needs.
Been using Astro Tech for 20 years. I have a number of apartments and a large home. Highest integrity. Completely trustworthy. Not everything has gone right in 20 years but they have always done right by me. Would highly recommend them.
