Jacob Beach was worth every minute of the distress of not knowing what to do about my slow draining toilet. A bit of a panic since I had family at my home. He explained what was wrong and provided me with options for repair along with his professional recommendation. He completed the job quickly and was successful. He also recommended future maintenance options to ensure the best value for my needs. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you again!!!
Horrible business practice. Went through the complete booking process on yesterday (Friday) with an appointment set for today (Saturday) only to get a phone call today (Saturday) that they ONLY service my area on Wednesdays. This is so unprofessional and leaves me and my family to continue suffering without A/C. Trying to find someone else to come out last minute will be next to impossible. ARS did nothing to accommodate me or my situation for their error. That is extremely unprofessional
Eduardo was excellent! He gave us all of the options, including cost, and explained in detail the benefits of each option. He was very knowledgeable and patient, he answered all of our questions. He fixed our clogged kitchen sink quickly and efficiently. The person that scheduled our appointment was very kind and professional, they were able to give us a same day appointment! We are very happy with this service!
DO NOT USE ARS! We have the HVAC maintenance plan, so we called to have them do our Summer check-up. The technician told us that the condenser was 2 lbs low on freon and the system is 10 years old and the freon is evaporating due to age, so it would be best for us to replace it. If he put the 2 lbs of freon in, rhe price would be 324/lbs with a 25% discount, so $486. My daughter had her hvac repairman come to check everything out: a) the freon is not low and b) the system is working great. What a rip-off ARS is. I just happened to be talking to my daughter when the technician was here and she told me the freon should more like $50-$75/lb. ARS was trying to rip us off on every front. Mike with Indigenous Heating and Cooling saved us money and did a great job checking everything out.
Great experience overall. System was on its last legs and replaced several parts including the unit. Now running like new. Reasonable pricing and the crew was very professional, definitely recommend.
ARS is the way to go for HVAC! From Sales Rep Logan to the Install Team everything went smoothly and very good job! Highly recommended!
Kariamu Samples-Smart spent a good 5 hours with us going through complete details on what's the optimum requirement for our household and getting us the best finance rates and prices. We closed the deal the same evening and were happy with our experience with her. Update: I've downgraded my rating to 3 stars based on after sales service. The condensers installed were not what I ordered to begin with (Bryant instead of Payne). I've made two calls in two days to the call center, who ensured me that someone will call me within the day. I'm still waiting after COB on day two. Clearly, this is not a matter that is considered important or urgent by ARS. Now I'm really concerned..
Our house was flooded yesterday. We called ARS and they told us a technician would come between 6:30-8:30 PM. Technician Thomas txt us around 8 pm and told us he was on his way. Then No one showed up and we received an email telling us the appointment is changed to 8 to 12 this morning. So we had to suffer a night of no toilets but with wet flooring and walls. Thank you ARS, we could have called my individual plumber instead of trusting you the big company who has more resources. The ordeal didn't end there. I got an email from ARS around 9:30 am telling me the appointment was rescheduled to 9 to 1pm. Maybe the broken promise last night will repeat again? I don't know as of what I am writing now. I have called many times this morning and tried to talk to the management so they could really understand the urgency and find an answer for their credibility. But the people who answered the phones always told me they have emailed the management or transferred me to the dispatcher. The dispatcher told me ARS has made a mistake and someone would come and hung up on me. ARS's management needs to look into this. People come to you believing you are more reliable. The opposite is true for me so far.

Our technician Jason was awesome. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and identified the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes.
Scheduled for same day service on my initial mid-morning request. Serviceman arrived during the scheduled time window. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He happily answered all my questions with with sufficient detail. Quickly replaced a faulty light switch in a closet. He also gave a quick look at a couple of other issues, answered my questions and gave suggestions.
We bought a kitchen faucet from Home Depot. We called ARS to schedule an install. We’ve used them many times before and were very satisfied. But they wanted $365 to install. That is robbery. So we declined the install. We’re now set up with Home Depot for the install. $215. That’s more acceptable. I’m mad but more shocked that they would charge so much. Sad how some businesses take advantage of people.
Tarek was the best technician we have ever had in 10 years. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is Great and my A C is working great.
Chris Branch came out to help us with a drainage issue we had. He was responsive, on time, professional, and answered all of my questions. He politely navigated around the other people working in the house at the same time.
Dameon Davis was professional & explained the problem to us. He offered options to correct our sink drain problem. We are very happy.
Our tech JC was awesome. He was very informative, he explained the problem with our ac unit in a way we understood. Even told us about the benefit of using ARS. The benifit of taking the membership. Which we joined. He also told us the benefit of purchasing a ac unit/furnace. Next time we need to replace any of these things. ARS you will be our first call.
Committed to providing the best possible service! Great understanding of our particular problem and recommended 2 options of mitigating the situation. The only "con" is that they are not punctual within the time range given. Was given 9 to 1 and they arrived near 5pm. They made up for it <in some way> by being very thorough in seeking out the source of our concern.
My mother had problems with her sink overflowing and it was discovered that she had old plumbing and tree roots in her drainage line. Needless to say it was taken care of. The plumber was extremely helpful and professional. So glad I chose ARS.
AC tune up long lead wating time not convenient. I thought over-priced on recommend repair items. Service representative was friend. Would have given 5 star if not to pricey.
The unit did not properly cool the entire home, as where the previous unit did exceptionally well. Very disappointing after spending almost $14,000. The call center is exceptionally professional. Sadly, the installation took 10 hours, and not done correctly requiring us the have to get more technicians wasting my valuable time.
