Came in and quickly diagnosed and repaired the AC. Gave a good quote for a replacement system as mine is 22 years old.
The person who came out was Trenton he was awesome and would take the time to explain to me what was going on and what he was doing he was honest and im very happy with the work provided and it was a great first experience with the company

This team is the best in Houston! Called them when our system was not working and they were able to get a tech out to us FAST. They fully assessed the situation, advised us of our options, and gave us all of the information necessary to make a decision. The repair was done SAME DAY, as they already had the parts on hand. HIGHLY recommend these good, honest folks!
All Star is a well-run and professional AC & heating company that we will definitely keep using for future needs! All HVAC specialist were courteous, timely, and knowledgeable, and the dispatchers were personable and efficient. While our AC was out, All Star provided us with portable chillers free of charge until we could get the new AC unit installed, which was life saving in this heat. 10/10 would recommend All Star!
After using All Star in Stablewood Farms to service our a/c, less than 3 weeks ago. Our A/C went out! We called them again. They wanted to charge us full price (wasn’t cheap!), no waiving coming to our house or some sort of warranty. Took multiple calls for them to come at all. UPDATE: owner contacted me and made it more than right!!!
We had a great experience with All Star. David is an excellent technician and we are thankful he was able to come out on the emergency basis and fixed our issue quickly.

The technician came in, took the time to explain the problem (a fuse blew), checked all the wires (inside ans outside), gave advices on the maintenance and was really cordial.
During the great heat wave of end of June in '23 my AC crapped out. The company contracted by my insurance told me they would make it out in 6 days. In 99 degree weather it was 86 indoors. Yeah no way. Trent showed up same day, on time, and knocked it out in 30 minutes. No BS, no upsell. AC back working and I'm enjoying a cool house while I write this. 10/10 these are my go to guys in the future.

Get a second opinion before letting this company do work for you. Their staff do work for commission and will try and dupe you into expensive unit replacements when a cheap repair is all that is needed.
I feel they told me I need work doing that wasn’t really necessary. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge on air conditioning. When all I needed was a fan motor replacement they told me I need to replace the whole furnace which I fell for. When I called them weeks later to clean the pipes they wanted to charge another $5000 to replace a coil that was still working. And telling me I need to replace the outside unit urgently which is also still working fine. Be very careful of these people. They clearly work for commission. I feel robbed. Do not trust the reviews. Most are fake.

Again All Star AC saves the day...always prompt and the technicians are the best...helping my 85 year old mother out and explaining the situation to her in a simple straightforward way so she won't worry...these guys are the best!
Called All Star because my air conditioner stop working properly. Called on Saturday talked to the receptionist and they were able to fit me in. The technician Bryne came and looked at my unit. He answered all my questions and even helped with my thermostat. Great Company Professional Top notch service. First time I’ve used this company but won’t be my last.
