Despite our relatively new home, we have encountered multiple issues with our AC system, including the need to replace the coil for both air conditioners at our home. It seems to be a common occurrence here in Houston. Throughout this process, we have dealt with several repairmen from various companies. However, among them, Adrien and Miguel from All Americans AC and Heating, truly stood out as the most professional individuals we had the opportunity to meet. Not only were Adrien and Miguel meticulous in their work, but they also displayed a high level of efficiency and respectfulness. Their attention to detail and the quality of their craftsmanship were truly impressive. Moreover, they went the extra mile by incorporating thoughtful additions, such as a sensor to detect water overflow and valves that would facilitate future inspections. These gestures clearly demonstrated their dedication and care for what they do. Having experienced their exceptional service, we now have confidence that these repairmen will provide long-lasting solutions for our AC needs. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Adrien and Miguel, and we highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch AC repair.
Adrian and Miguel came by on short notice to help with an AC leak, super helpful & went out of their way to fix the leak. Left it dry and super clean too!

Excellent service. Adrian quickly diagnosed the problem and had our AC back and running within 10 minutes. Will definitely be requesting his service for any future issues.
Turned up promptly, worked flat all, finished in 2 Hours , cleared up afterwards and put the AC on.Magic.

I have known Adrian since 2001. Since 2002, has been servicing my AC & heating needs. Through the years, his team has replaced 3 old AC units, increased the plenum sizes to accommodate larger capacity (tonnage) units, replaced ducts and replaced the furnaces. His team comes out twice a year (before Summer & Winter) to service our home. I encourage you to consider setting up this preventive maintenance plan with his team, also. Adrian's business model is bedrocked on integrity, honesty, quality, professionalism, knowledge & commitment. And his keen attention to his customers is almost unheard of these days. You'll recognize his wonderful & personable character traits within minutes of meeting. I hope you'll consider All American AC & Heating for your needs. Adrian (and his co-worker Miguel) is AWESOME!!! I would give more stars if I could! I've been without AC for almost a month and was giving up hope. Thank you for the bottom of my heart for coming and getting the cool air flowing again! *Edit: it wasn't actually fixed at all. 😕 The AC unit outside was never hooked up, the wiring was wrong and a different AC repair company had to send someone out to fix the work that had been done by All American. It was eventually fixed, but it took a full month and 5 visits to my house by All American didn't get the job done*

I have nothing but good things to say about the company , shows up in a timely manner, fair pricing, fully checks everything to make sure nothing else is wrong, very professional. Gives tips on how to keep your units clean, that you can do yourself to help the units stay in good condition. I will keep using this company for my A/C needs . My tech was Adrian, very quick response and answered all my questions.
