I have used Alexander Heating & Coolin for years. They are reliable and great to work with! Recently had Ben and Joe come and do yearly maintenance on my furnace. They were on time and did their job quickly and efficiently.
Earlier this year we initiated a contract with Alexander Heating & Cooling for servicing our heating and air-conditioning units yearly. Just service our heating unit. The technician from Alexander Heating & Air Service was great. I called early on a Saturday afternoon and my AC leak was fixed before dinner. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Spending that much cash on home repair is never an easy pill to swallow, but at least working with a professional technician gives it a chocolate coating to make it go down easier. He took the time to explain the issue and answer my questions. I would recommend this company.
I have Alexander Heating & Cooling my heating and cooling systems. Today, they just saved me. While servicing my air system, they noticed that my water cooler was leaking. They gave me a competitive quote, and were able to replace the water heater - same day! I've got nothing but good things to say about the level of service and professionalism they demonstrates every time they visit my home.
