I recently engaged with Airtron for my HVAC needs, and overall, it was a positive experience. Their service was effective, staff was informative, and they listened actively. However, a canceled appointment was a letdown. I recommend them with minor reservations.
Excellent service - quick response! Will use again and again. Rafael was easy to work with explained everything clearly and thorough in his work ethic.
Eric was professional and courteous. He walked me through the adjustments he made to my AC system and he was very helpful.
Leo was awesome! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! He came in and was able to figure out the problem and helped us to understand exactly what was happening with our ac unit. Greatly appreciate the customer service Leo provided! Thank you

Leo and Noah arrived early, and were very respectful. They found the problem quickly, and did not mind explaining, to myself and my dad, multiple times what was wrong with my unit. I highly recommend them. they were very courteous and respectful of my property. definitely five star service.
We have been having issues since last Sunday it’s now been a week. Timeliness is not the issue but fixing the issue appropriately seems to be. One tech told us “the unit has to get used to the new equipment” because our home was getting hotter and more humid quickly after he left causing the outside unit to freeze. Cesar has been out twice - he’s been nice and professional but the issue still remains. We have a 3 month old baby and our home is sitting in the upper 80s/low 90s, for a week…doesn’t seem acceptable to me in this Texas heat. It’s taken 3 visits so far and we still have no progress. My husband has tried talking with management and no response. Currently in my opinion a one rating start is generous.
Noah and Leo came out to fix an issue with our ac not working properly, they took their time and looked at every single little thing, and communicated everything they found and fixed, and walked us through why and how those things were causing our issues in a way we could understand. They were friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable.
Absolutely amazing! We two previous techs come out and he was able to clearly communicate the issue and get the air back flowing properly in the house.
Ricky was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to our air conditioning system. We have several technicians come out and Ricky was able to figure out the problem within 5 minutes. Thank you Ricky for all your help!
Shannon and Shaheed were great! We appreciate their quick work to solve our ac problem. It was 96 degrees in our house and now we can look forward to a good night sleep

We moved into our newly built Meritage home in January this year. Leo and Noah from Airtron came to our home this past Monday to inspect our outside A/C unit vigorously shaking and leaking in our attic. Since they left, our Thermostat is NOT reaching set Temperature and is instead rising. Air has also become unevenly distributed as only our Master BR is cool and upstairs hallway and Guest BR is HOT! This is unacceptable work and a BRAND NEW A/C system. Unfortunately Airtron is who our Warranty is through so we have to use them to service our A/C to avoid out of pocket costs. I hope we get HONEST and more EXPERIENCED techs coming tomorrow who will replace our Motor and Fan properly this time and make correct adjustments.
Ricky was awesome, polite, and professional. He helped fix my A/C issues quickly. I would 10/10 recommend.

Service was ok. Ricky did a great job explaining to me what was going on the second time he came out after not being able to figure it out the first time. With that being said, this hasn’t been the best experience for my family. We are completely frustrated with this situation, this has nothing to do with Ricky but the lack of technicians has to improve, especially during the summer. For my wife and two girls to have to wait till 10pm when our service was scheduled for 12 - 5 is not acceptable.
I really appreciate Noah’s and Leo’s professional courtesy and knowledge. They came in, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC, and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. They also took time to explain the issue to me, and guide me on the quickest way to cool the house after two days of no AC. Also, Airtron was very proactive in calling me to see if I was available earlier than my appointment since they had a cancellation and could be here sooner. Definitely recommend Airtron.
Caesar L. Yes sir. was friendly, very helpful and thorough. I appreciate him for explaining the thermostat programming to me and making sure everything was working correctly.
My only contact with Airtron so far was Kayla. She is amazing! If I were 20 years younger and... anyway, she understood my HVAC needs and scheduled an appointment without any hassle. She even double-checked to see if Airtron has a military discount - they don't but she sold me anyway. She was very professional and deserves a substantial raise immediately! Also, Airtron should offer a 10% discount for Active military members. It's patriotic!
Michael was very knowledgeable & explained everything patiently. He helped update our registration with Carrier & told us about the warranty options .Also, we really appreciate AirTron getting someone to help us quickly. Thanks to everyone!
