I want to share my 5 star review of Tim and his company for their professionalism, honesty and actually doing the right thing and basically telling me to save thousands of dollars and buy something from Home-Depot. Yes, I am giving them a 5 star review for not hiring them! Here is why: They were the 5/6th company I called for a quote on a mini-air split for a sun room. I had a variety of quotes ( $6-10K) and just a general uneasiness on the companies I called and their explanation for what would be best for my sun room. I called Air-Ton and shared what I wanted to accomplish. Tim called me back in 10 minutes saying I hear you want to install a mini-split in a 120 Sq ft sun room, I would recommend you not do that as you will have massive humidity and condensation problems from the smallest mini-split unit. However, I can come and let you know if it makes sense to install a window-unit and/or let us run the ducts from the house . He came over, same day and said, for the space for me to save money and buy a Portable Air conditioner from Home Depot ($299), run an exhaust and call it a day. That would be the best option for me and my very small sun room. This is the only company that suspended self interest, saved me thousands of dollars in installing a mini split AC ( something I was willing to do) and did not charge me $1 to come to my home, did not convince me to buy anything with them. Tim has converted me for life for his professionalism, knowledge and honesty and I will be hiring him for all of my AC maintenance needs. He is the real deal -- this type of honesty is frankly a novelty in today's cut throat environment. Don't hesitate to call Air-Ton, you will not regret getting their perspective and hiring them!

Great customer service. I like that it's family owned. I have called numerous companies and noone has done what they did to fix my issue I was having. I put them on my favorites and we'll keep doing business with them.
I had my units installed 20 years ago by Air Ton and just had to call them out due to a bad fan motor. I know I can trust them to be honest and do exceptional work. I wouldn’t call anyone else for my a/c needs!

This is a great family business that is professional and responsive. I contacted them yesterday evening and was able to get service done the next day. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of the HVAC issue, provided an itemized list to resolve and fixed the problem as well. I highly recommend this company.

Honest people and honest workmanship
On time, polite, professional, always done right the first time.
First off the consultation was incredibly detailed and informative to the point where I think I can open an AC business. my different options were explained and all additional work was explained as well. We were talking AC for about an hour. Air-ton then installed a new unit in my house yesterday. They made sure to put down covers to keep the floor clean, did their thing without any unforeseen issues or missing parts or anything like that, which again highlights how important that consultation was. They left and the house looked like it did before they showed up. They cleaned up everything and now I got a pretty sweet AC system. Plus someone is coming back tomorrow to check all the work done and explain some of the functions of the new thermostat.
