Mario and Nick were courteous and very professional!! I appreciate the contact ahead of the appointment to confirm the appointment and then again when they were on their way. I inquired about having a blue light installed to prevent mold and Mario explained where it would go and gave me a price. Mario also mentioned the service plan, which is a great value in my opinion!! Three visits a year to cover cooling, heating and plumbing. Signing up was super easy! Thank you Air Tech of Houston employing two awesome techs to help keep my home nice and cool during these near record breaking high temps!

Chris Roberts identified and solved a long standing air distribution problem in my upstairs zone. An installed damper was the wrong size and had dislodged from its proper axis in the duct. The obstruction was removed and proper air flow restored. Nice piece of work by Chris. Much appreciated.
Exceptional service from start to finish with Air Tech of Houston! We are new to Houston and called Air Tech because of a reference. Our, technician, Isaac Perez, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Our air conditioning failed during Houston’s heat wave and Isaac had us back in comfort the same day! Cade and his crew showed up on time, they removed the old system and installed the new system in a timely manner after the new system was installed Cade went over the system with me and were able to answer all my questions over all I think he did a great job
Jay took the time to explain all of my options. When finished, I did not have buyer's remorse as what I often feel after dealing with salesmen and repair people. Jay did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. He was also very knowledgeable when I asked him about options that were more expensive. This house is a rental for college students. My daughter and the other students felt very comfortable with him being in the home. Cody was very professional and hard working as well!

I’ve been using AirTech for years now. I’m always very satisfied with the service they offer. My most recent system checkup was done by David Rostan and he did an incredible job - not just running through all the system checks but also taking the time to explain the technicalities to me and that was really apprecieated.
They say you only get two - price, quality and speed. Air Tech of Houston is quality and speed. They were there within 1.5 hours of calling and fix the problem within 30 minutes, but they sure were pricey. When you're facing triple digit heat, you don't have much choice but to pay up.
Called Air Tech as my bedroom was not getting air. Jay came out within 30 minutes. I explained the issue as I had purchased a new system several days ago. Jay checked the attic and determined one of the vents was closed. He opened the vent and explained how air flows through the house. He stayed until the air started to flow. Explained if I still had issues or if the air was not flowing as I liked call he would come back out and check vents again. Thanks Jay. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Chris Robert came to check the newly installed AC outside unit which made a loud banging noise when stopped . I appreciated Chris’s professionalism. He was very friendly and explained in plain words why he thought the loud stopping noise was normal. Chris also came back next day to adjust the thermostat so it would operate to my liking. I like Chris’s service very much and hope to work with him in the future if needed. Thank you Chris.
Great service and Shaun J is amazing. He’s the reason I knew to go to your company for a second opinion and he found the problem where the other company did not. Brandon Riggs and his team did an amazing job with my hot water heater replacement. Continuing great service from Shaun J.
