Our unit went out on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of 100 degree weather and they were able to dispatch Mark to out home in an hour. Prices were fair and repair was quick. Mark was friendly and informative. Thank you Air Star Now!

I am very satisfied with the service that I received. When I stepped into the house after an evening out, it felt really warm and I realized that only the fan was blowing from my AC. I called around 10:30 pm and was told someone would be able to come out the next morning. They were able to locate the problem and fix it. Which I was told that it was the compressor. The service was fast and really affordable. I also found Tavin to be very informative and clear and concise when explaining things. I didn't feel like I was being hassled or fed any bull. I will definitely use their service again for my HVAC needs.

Air Star Now performed an annual HVAC maintenance on my two units and I was more than impressed with the level of quality and service we received. Mark was very knowledgable and provided great advice on how to prolong the life of my units and improve the air quality. Highly recommended!
Since I bought my house, and it has 10 years AC system, I'm using Aitstarnow, they have a membership where they will come twice a year to check the system and this service save me a lot of time and hassle as I know how my system is working, the price is very good the service is excellent, today Nick Raymond provide me with summer tuning, the system is leaking Freon, he scheduled to check the leak, this small problem cost a lot of money in electricity, I recommended having them, hope you never have any problems but it's always good to know
Nick Raymond, came out to my house in spring on Saturday, within the hour had diagnose my problem and got my AC working again! He did an awesome job I would give him 10 stars for service if I could! Jared Mike and Junior went waaay beyond normal to help us with our ductwork problem. The price was fair, the work was professional, they called before arrival and showed up on time. I even made a last minute change to the scope of work, they never missed a beat! Do not hesitate to call them for help.
Mark came out a few days ago when I noticed a weird smell when I turned my heater on. He went up in the attic to see where it was coming from. He was here a bit longer than I expected but he figured out what it was and got it fixed that same day. No issues since then. Thank you, Mark!
We are up and running again! The first time y'all came out was during the freeze and Nick came out that Friday night and got it working. Everything was working until Wednesday evening so I called and Nick was out here on the same evening. Our thermostat was showing it was warmer than it was. Nick went back and checked to see where the issue was and once again got it fixed so we are nice and warm again. Thank you Nick for your effort!
The service was good they changed my furnace and a/c, although I still have the same problem with the unit not heating the first floor properly, it is better but the upstairs is alway hotter. We will see in the sumer with the a/c
This past weekend, my parents' A/C stopped working and I called Air Star. That same night, Billy was able to get their A/C up and running again. My parents were so thankful!
Air Star Now is amazing! Professional, Courteous, and Highly Skilled! We have been using their services since September and have been delighted. Nick is a super star. He fixed all the problems caused by the former service company. He even cleaned up debris left by contractors of the past!! Ran new drain lines for my units - super clean install. Billy came out on a freezing Christmas Day for an emergency call within 45 minutes. No charge for the service call with my service contract. Billy - you rock! Wow! Cannot say enough good things. So glad we found Air Star Now!
My heater stopped working right at the start of the cold weather. My unit needed a part that no one else seemed to have in stock. Luckily, Air Star was able to come out quickly and took time to properly diagnose the problem. They had the part in stock, and were able to install it quickly. However, I felt that they overcharged quite a bit for the job, probably because they knew I was in a desperate situatuon. Whereas usually this type of repair could be done in a couple hundred dollars, I was charged over $1000. I was not happy with the price, but I can't complain about their work or professionalism because the they did a good job.
We were having trouble with our heating system and Billy was extremely helpful and professional. The problem was fixed in a timely manner and I’m very satisfied.
