Carlos was great helping us with our new ac financial help and new installation would recommend them for your new ac
They came and did everything new ac and definitely left a lot of mess that they didn’t cleaned, their were like 3 guys just talking outside on parking lot, didn’t put the vent on its place, and it’s leaking on one room. But they haven’t come to fix it. I keep calling them and have them return my call until now I haven’t received any call back and no one had come to get it fix it’s been over a month already. These company definitely I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my family.
My Brand New AC only has a month and it’s already not working for 2 days, and these people are not honest with me. They had me all day waiting and tell me on the last minute that they can’t come till the next day. They have really poor service

After six years of having an old AC unit I finically decided to change it, with Air Rey company. With the help of Luis Falcon in a matter of no time I was able to finance it and got one of the best installing groups. Jaime’s group did an professional job to which I’m very happy with.
EDIT: They responded below asking me to contact them via email. I have called asking to speak to a supervisor 4 TIMES. 4! Denied all 4 times. Do not be fooled by fake paid reviews. This is a real review. I hired them 10 months ago to guide me in what was best for my home. I felt like it could be more efficient. Based on their “expertise” they recommended replacing my whole system including ducts. I was told that my old system was working too hard and we were consuming too much energy. I contracted them. Of course they were amazing while selling me the system. 5 times in 10 months I had to call them out. My house is not cooling. 3 of those times they said I needed more Freon. How in the world does a NEW system need Freon thus quickly, much less 3 times? My electric bill is 25% more each month compared to last year. I am consuming 225kwh per day when I was consuming 128 average last year this time. 225kwh to have the inside of my home 90 degrees. 600$ a month to be 90 degrees. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 4 times. Each time I am told no one is available and they’ll call back. They never have! A part of my package was replacing all my vents. I paid for them. 10 months later and they still haven’t installed one they said they had to order. My house is 90 degrees most of the day. Even at night it won’t cool past 75. I’m forced to have another company come tell me what’s wrong. What is the point to a warranty? I have a terminally ill child and I have to have a working AC. I’m not shy to go to small claims court. 12k to be in a worst position than before we met them. This is a lemon company. Save yourself the trouble and call another company.
Keep looking. Do not trust this company.
El señor Omar Zambrano fue mi HVAC Specialist en asistirme, puedo decir que el hizo su trabajo profesionalmente y eficiente ,dándonos un servicio de primera y en todo momento trato de que en el tiempo de espera para la instalación de mis equipos, mi casa no estuviera sin AC y nos proporcionó AC window en el tiempo de espera !!! Muy buen trabajo también con las personas que instalaron los equipos , en poco tiempo instalaron, recomiendo Air Rey para instalaciónes futuras 👍👍👍

Buenos Días, De antemano muchas gracias por el servicio, por las 8 semana ke tenia con un thermostato desconpuesto…. Ke chistoso ke nunca lo encontraron, o cuando se los mandaron de carrier “siempre ya venía.” Prefir pagar a otra compañía el thermostato y empezar de nuevo ke seguir esperándolo (Aunke dijieron ke lo Iván a poner uno ke jala por mientras el viernes)…. No solo perdieron un cliente y una venta de $12k en mayo, pero en esta semana otra de $3.5k por un mini split ke voy a comprar y si no me creen (porke suena cliché) a las facturas me remito…. Por ultimo gente, piensen en el servicio de el mañana y la palabra del vendedor… No cuando te lo vendió, porke todo suena perfecto… manden inbox si kieren ke les diga cómo me fue… Y Air Rey Houston cancelen ese pinché thermostato…. Del viernes…. Y métanselos por el…….

I kept repairing my ac becuase I thought a new one wouldn’t be affordable l. Alejando Parra cama as soon as possible to give me a quote and by the next day my ac was installed inside and outside. Price is economical as a monthly payment. Great service and quick response. Thank you.
Immediate response, free estimate and professional work from beginning to end. I had to have my entire system replaced and they were able to accommodate and service my needs within 24 hours. Very professional and compassionate people who went out of their way to work with us and make sure we were able to be comfortable again.
