AirPro is who you need to call if your AC goes out. They came out on a Sunday and resolved the issue. Our technician Danny was very knowledgeable and professional. Amazing service. I highly recommend.
AirPro has been very professional, responsive and does great work. They communicate well on when they can come out to take a look at your issues, and do a great job of explaining what needs to be fixed. They’ve always done quality work and have knowledgeable staff. They’re always my first call when an AC issue arises!
Two very hardworking, and experienced installers were here for a long hot day and they did an incredible job in this Texas heat. No complaints whatsoever. Total gentlemen and very professional. Cleaned up after the job and I am extremely happy!!!! Jaime and Shane, you deserve a raise in this heat!!!

I was on a maintenance waiting list with a competitor for over six weeks. AirPro was recommended and I had an appointment scheduled within 24 hours of contacting them. Incredibly thorough and technically advanced data gathering. Photos accompanied explanations of machine components and performance levels. Very impressed. I don’t see myself going back to my old company now. Thank you, Technician John and AirPro!

Brandon came to my house to check on my air-conditioning system. He was on time professional, and courteous. He explained what he saw inside and outside. He cleaned the condenser outside very well. We've been using Airpro for many years and they have always provided top notch service. Most recently, we had to replace our downstairs unit and from start finish it was a good experience. Bobby was fantastic and walked us through all our options and was super helpful throughout the whole process. Daniel and his crew did the install and did a wonderful job. John and Mike also great to work with. Want to mention that everyone is just so friendly and courteous and honestly a joy to work with.
Horrible experience. AC unit installed by their company and they blamed us because we didn't maintenance the wire?! We are the new owner of the home and the unit is not even 2 years old. We transfered the warranty, purchased their "member ship" warranty and now just to fix they charge us another $1200 for rewiring?! Please avoid this company and save your money.
Girl in the office tells me one price and then call back 2 minutes later and then another women picks up and then it totally different price even higher !!! This company is a joke and so are the people answering the phones !!! SCAM SCAM to call for pricing ! Then give me same lame excuse prices are higher after 5 but I called priory to 5 THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE !!!!

This company is a rip off they say they pride themselves on "quality" but all they care about is your money. The diagnostics fee is pretty high 139.95 plus they add on a fuel charge 20.00, I live less than 10 minutes away. Most companies will take off the diagnostics fee if you get the repair done by them but not this company. You'll pay for the diagnostics fee, plus the fuel charge, plus whatever repair is needed.
I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with this company for several years now. Technicians are always on time and friendly. Office staff went out of their way to get a technician to my house on a hot day when the A/C stopped working, it was very much appreciated.

My issue with air pro is the customer service and the equipment looked damaged. Before they got the job they were lighting fast with their responses but now that i have spent over 13 thousand dollars for a new Lennox hvac system installed they could care less about me because they already have their money. I told them I'm not happy with the way the outside unit looks and they still haven't taken care of the problem. The day after the installation I noticed on the outside unit that a bunch of the coils were smudge together. It looks like a baseball hit it or something. I sent the sales person photos of it and told him i wasn't happy and that I didn't spend over 13k for something to look damage. He told me he would send the photos to upper management and they would get back with me. Five days went by and I heard nothing so I text him again and I told him I have been patiently waiting for someone to get back to me and I guess its time to feel out the review on them and that i regret hiring them for the job. Less then hour later Gary the general manager of air pro called me and apologized for no one getting back with me and he would take care of it and said all the right things to make me wait on feeling out the review. Its now 14 days since Gary the general manager called me and told me he would take care of the problem and its almost three weeks since they installed the new system and nothing has been resolved.
My unit went out on Memorial weekend and I contacted R.M. Mullinex . I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded. I had Pat come out that evening to quote me and my unit was installed the next day . I was afraid that we were going to be out of air until after Memorial weekend . I was wrong they came through! I would strongly refer them to anyone needing services. Ask about financing .
