Jim is a great technician. He was quick to assess and fix the HVAC issue. They were able to schedule my service within 24 hours of the request. Very friendly, knowledgeable and great service. Highly recommend them and will use their services in the future.

AirMaster was appointed by Select Home Warranty. The owner, Sam came to our house very fast. I knew the problem was that he the drain lines needed to be flushed. He said he flushed both of them but then suddenly the blower did not work. The blower was not an issue before. He quickly checked the blower motor and said it was busted and we needed a new one. He even said we should also replace the furnace. No idea why. We sent a claim to the insurance. While waiting for the insurance to get back to us we hired another A/C company who came out two days later. They took a look and within 2 second they saw a wire had been disconnected. They plugged it back in and the blower were running fine. I suspect Sam unplugged it as he kept saying he can come back if the insurance gives us a hard time. So then he would just plug it back in again?? They told me the drain lines was clogged (the water would still not run through), so it does not look as if AirMaster flushed them at all. When I later confronted Sam with this, he just said that it was not his job to sit and check if the water ran through the pipes. He only complained that our entire unit was installed wrongly and was not up to code and all kind of nonsense. Sam kept complaining about the customers he gets from the home warranty companies (so he basically complained about me). He said the pay is low and he will only prioritize his direct customers. What the f… I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. It is absolute garbage and the owner is an arrogant man that just want to come and claim the call out fee and he has absolutely NO interest in helping his “customers”. Stay away from them at all clay and find someone else

It was a mixed experience between 2 different technicians. Jim was very professional and made sure everything was fixed as needed and also worked with my home warranty company. Also the person scheduling the visits was good too. I would have given only 1 star if it was for the other technician.

This was not a maintenance issue; my unit was not cooling. My HWC-Select Home Warranty(horrible) called this company; Sam the owner came out on 8-19th. He was in a hurry, did not properly check system inside, guages, etc. Diagnosed, “3 pounds of freon needed” not covered under warranty co. End result-$180 for freon and $75 service fee! Out of my pocket. Sam was in a rush, said many other calls; was answering calls on cell phone on my service call. I had to ask him to STAY at least 20 minutes to get the problem right & fixed. Today it is 8-22nd, ac freeze up, not working. Called Air Master- tech Juan to come at noon. No call, no show by 1pm!! Called AM cust. Service- he cannot come due to family emergency- sam will show up; he works up until 9pm!!!!! Hot & 😡!! I DO NOT advise this company to use.

Worst experience, stay away from this company. He was supposed to show up on Saturday at 11 am, didn't get a call until 3pm. No apologies. We wasted our whole day waiting for this technician to come in, good solution to the problem of having cold air not coming out was to keep the doors opened. Checked the refrigerant pressure and told me he doesn't get enough money from warranty service to adjust the pressure and he left . He claimed himself to be the best in the country on HVAC repairs, may be he is but his customer service sucks! Stay away from this company so that you don't waste your time.

Terrible. Landlord hire this company and “owner” or “main guy” Sam. First time he was hired about a year ago and he was really rude about everything. I honestly felt really uncomfortable as a woman, pretty intimidating and mannerless. Second time today, landlord hired him again (didn’t know he had hired the same company) my AC unit is on the roof and he was complaining about it. That he will need a ladder, more people because now it’s considered commercial, giving me so many excuses until I asked him if he did that kind of labor. He said yes but that more money needed to be paid blah blah blah. Money is not the issue. Issue is a HOT home. I never once requested a cheaper price. All I wanted was my AC to be fixed, whatever the price range was at this point (THATS WHY I CALLED FORST THING IN THE MORNING) he told me he was going to arrive at 4 then 6 then I texted him, no reply, to later found out he cancelled. All this time waiting for him I could’ve looked for other options instead of being left with no AC. UNRELIABLE!

Air Masters was contracted through my home warranty company to repair my AC. When the appointment time they scheduled came and went without so much as a phone call or text from them, I reached out and spoke with Sam. He rescheduled for the following day only for the same thing to happen again - no call or text, just another lapsed time window. When I called back, Sam pushed my appointment back ANOTHER day and told me that Air Masters doesn’t prioritize the home warranty assignments; they’d rather do installations because they pay more. His exact words - “I’ll get to the repairs whenever I get to the repairs.” I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The owner came to my house and he was the most offensive, ill-mannered person that has come to my house for any kind of repair. He refuse to check the second A/C unit that was on the work order. He complain about the Home warranty company paying him pennis on the dollar. When I gave him the check I asked? AirMaster. he said "Yes that is me know I'm rich with this $65 dollars" I told him that I pay Choice Warranty that I did not have anything to do with his contract and did not appreciate his attitude, he took the check rip it and throw it on the ground told me he did not need my money slam the gate and left.

This "company" was hired through my home warranty. My A/C went out and it was hot out so I needed to get it fixed asap. I called and I guess spoke with Sam the owner. He said he got my request but wouldn't come because it's too far away. You need to be taken off the list the home warranty program uses. And you need to update your service area to reflect you only travel about 5 miles around you. I called a local A/C business and that owner came out within an hour and fixed the A/C in 10 min. Don't use or contact Air"masters" for your A/C needs

I called them Monday 6/14/21, and they gladly accepted the appointment and said they would be out here at sometime Tuesday. Tuesday I get a text saying that they won't be here till Friday. I actually can and verify on Wednesday and everything is fine... Later Wednesday morning I get a call saying that I live too far and they wont come.... Some of the most unprofessional junk I have ever heard!!!
