I wish there was a 0 star option. I don’t know where to begin. I filed a claim with American Home Shield for an issue with my mini-split and this company was assigned. First, they sent a young guy (which is fine if capable) who seemingly was seeing a mini-split unit for his first time. He was at the house almost an hour and best I can tell he didn’t take a single tool out or actually test anything. The result of which was Dynasty told AHS the whole thing was shot and needed replacement. However, replacement is covered by AHS but they put it in to AHS as “modifications” which isn’t covered. A unit I paid $2200 for new was now going to cost me $4000 to “replace” because of “modifications”. Second, I tried calling the company to talk to a service manager and give them feedback on the Tech. First call - “Can you hold please?” Sure. On hold for an hour and the phone system kicks me off at an hour on hold. I call back, “Hold please”. Another hour on hold, system kicks me off. I call back the next day thinking maybe it was just crazy busy. Another hour on hold. 3 hours on hold I’ve yet to talk to someone. Lastly, fed up with trying to resolve this through Dynasty and AHS, I had my normal AC guy come. He tightened the lines and charged the system with refrigerant and it’s working like a champ. I really wish I could give this company 0 stars and I don’t know how they are still in business.

This company is very shady. They were sent by my home warranty company to fix my leaky AC. No communication from them on when they would be out for about 3 to 4 day until I followed up called. When the tech came, my husband was home he said it was fixed, but he found some a coil that needed cleaning, I asked how, as we just had it serviced. He said because of the leak. It would be $600. to clean the whole system and $200 for the 1 coil. I told him to do the coil and paid over the phone. Mind you, they should have advised the warranty company 1st & as I was out, I didn't think about it. I just paid. Only to later find out they never notified the warranty company and charged me which they were not supposed to. Only to not show up to clean the coil I paid for with my Ac still leaking. When they were called to ask when they would be there, they said that the order was canceled because Frank Delgado said that the cost was not profitable to do the job for $200. As a job like that is $1198. So why did you advise you could do it for $200. And now they will not honor it. If I could offer negative stars I would. Replying back, the scope of work did not change from the time your tech reviewed it from the time of your 1st quote to the time of the 2nd quote, so do not lie. Your employee blatantly said his boss Frank Delgado said that was not enough for the work as it was a 2 man job. When your employee called to advise of the issue and offer the quote 2 days before he said it also was a 2 man job and the cost was $200. Do worry, my next step is BBB for your shady practices July 6th rebuttal.

Had an interview at this place told me to come at 9 Am first then told me to arrive at 8:30 Am. I arrived at 8:30 am and took them 30 min for someone to get to me for the interview I was already annoyed that I was sitting for 30 min I should’ve just came at 9 when they got me to start the interview . The guy who was supposed to do my interview frank the owner of the building but he didn’t cause he had other things to do. He told one of his assistants to interview me she noticed I was annoyed by waiting and told me if I wanted to wait 10 min more. That got me even more upset the interview hasn’t even started and she’s coming at me the wrong way. She told me she didn’t like my attitude and didn’t even want to interview me. She basically wasted 30 min of my life and gas money to get to the location. These people need to be more professional with their interview timing. People got stuff to do don’t waist their time and gas money !

I strongly advise against using this company. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Back in March, they visited my home to assess my air conditioning units and informed me that two parts needed replacement. Unfortunately, one part took six weeks to arrive, and the other took a staggering 13 weeks. During their visit, they also recommended changing a water retaining pan and performing a thorough cleaning of the furnace, coil, and condenser. I paid $1,235 for these additional services. However, since one of the units wasn't in use until the delayed part arrived, I couldn't verify its functionality at the time. Just last week, the final part was installed, but now I'm facing a major condensing issue. When I called the company to request their immediate return, I was put on hold for a frustrating 45 minutes. When they finally got back on the line, they insisted that I contact my warranty company. However, I had paid for the service outside of the warranty, and considering the unit's failure to function properly, I expected them to honor their responsibility and come back to address the issue. This company has proven to be unreliable, unfinished, and constantly attempts to upsell unnecessary items. Moreover, they left a mess behind after working in my home. I have no intention of ever allowing them to work in my home again, and I strongly caution others against using their services." One more thing, if they respond by asking you to "call the office" that is just a waist of time and it may be that they are pulling your leg. This company is a fraud. don't use them.

I appreciate that this company sent Edgar out on a holiday. The day right after I called in my problem. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He went out of his way to ensure my unit was working before he left. I would use them again if I have another ac problem.

****This is a very long post**** Wednesday 6/21/23 an Air Dynasty repair man came to my home to look my ac unit. He asked what was wrong. I told him that the unit does not come on. He checked the ac. I received a call from a supervisor who told me that the back compactor needed to be replaced. He told me that American Home Shield covered this component. He suggested that I clean the system which would be $550(evaporator coil replaced last year). This is something that is not covered by American Home Shield. He stated that I could just clean the condenser for $225. I agreed. Once the compactor was replaced and condenser was cleaned, the ac unit did not come on. The repair man looked at the breaker and the electrical box next to the unit and told me that there was no power going to the ac unit and I needed an electrician. He said that he was going to continue to try to figure out the problem. Later, he called his supervisor who told him to see if the compressor was grounded. He came back inside and told me that a supervisor was going to call me before 9pm. I never received a call. I called you all Thursday afternoon , I was told that Mr. Delgado would give me a call within the hour. I didn't receive a call. I got an electrician to come out to look at my breaker box and the box outside. He did not see a problem. He changed the breaker to ac just to be safe. We turned on the ac. It ran for 3 hours the house did not cool. Monday I called your office at 8am. I held for 40 minutes. I finally talked to Christina(helpful , empathetic,& professional) who told me that I had to contact American Home shield again for a recall visit. I did that. Eventually, I was scheduled for Wednesday 6/28/23 1-8pm . On Wednesday, no one came. I got a hotel room for the night. I called Thursday morning. I talked to Christina who explained that there was a system glitch as a result my appointment was never put on the technicians route. Another appointment was scheduled. On Fr

She was emphatic in my concern and listened and noted the issues. She was extremely pleasant and a true joy to deal with. Sent by home warranty company to fix air conditioner that was not working. Tech determined that the condenser unit "failed" and needed to be replaced. Warranty company approved replacement of condenser unit but this company also submitted a list of "add-ons" that were "required" to bring the unit "up to code." These add-ons were not approved by the warranty company and would be an out-of-pocket expense. This also included a unit that was not comparable to my existing unit that "failed" and was considered a "budget" option, even though the existing unit was of better quality and the home warranty company had approved a replacement of comparable quality and efficiency. When I insisted that they replace the unit with a comparable unit, they increased the "add-ons" that were "required" to bring the unit "up to code" by an additional $1000. I was prompted to get a second opinion that resulted in the company finding a bad fan motor which was causing the unit not to run. My out of pocket costs went from $4000 to $400... I do not recommend this company.

The prior service provider installed the wrong size capacitor and burned out my motor. Michael delivered superb service. He explained the issue, replaced the part and gave enough time to recognize that more was needed. He spent three hours and got my unit running like new. Referred to this company by my home warranty. Tried to charge me almost $3K in “uncovered upgrades.” No paperwork was provided either. Tried to sell me a whole new furnace. Second company came out and told me it’s just a simple motor replacement. Checked this company’s yelp rating and I’m not surprised it’s only a 1.5. Only positive thing I can say is the tech was polite if maybe a little pushy about getting a good review online. I do not recommend.
