Just like the last review, they don't even say Hello and already are basically telling you to leave! Terrible service.
Total rudeness. They don’t even let you explain or speak . They talk over you and if you don’t have an a/c contractor license handy to give them first thing they won’t listen to anything you have to say.
Their website doesn't mention that they don't sell to the public.

I am a professional AC service technician. This place won't serve the public, only licensed professionals. That said, American Standard air conditioners are easier to sell than Trane.
