Technician came at exactly the time he said he would and explained everything I needed to do to get up and running again with my toilet. He even tried several places to see if he could find a replacement tank for me so I wouldnt have to buy a whole new unit, much appreciated! No charge either for him to take a look which was not something you come across very often.

Very fast service, very compassionate and reasonably priced service. I even had a chance to speak with the owner regarding our complex situation with which he was very helpful - incredibly personable and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to use this service!! Furthermore the technician was bilingual in Spanish which was helpful!
