Amazing service friendly and very knowledgeable! Poured down rain and continued to work until the job was done! We were without ac for close to a week so glad to have it fixed!
RABROKER IS MY AC COMPANY FOR LIFE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS NOT ONLY COURTEOUS, BUT VERY KNOWLEDGABLE . HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING.
Kelly came out and provided me a estimate to replace a old system that heated and cooled the guest bedrooms and bath. This was one of three estimates I got. Kelly provided me a fair estimate on a name brand system and had it in stock during our Covid shortages on many things. Their install crew, Jerome and Brian showed up in the morning with everything they needed, protected the wood floor in the work area and began quietly removing the unit. Kelly came by a little after Jerome and Brian began to work checking to make sure they had all they need. Then they installed a complete heat pump system with a new line set ( copper tubing). Jerome's attention to detail is found in the installation, routings all nice and clean ran together and easy access to filter and drain vent ( see picture). Once complete and tested the work area was left clean...not even a little piece of wire left in the closet. I highly recommend giving Kelly a call when you find you need a new system!! Casey Dunn

Supervisor listened to my issues I was having with another company and was able to get a part in one day. The tech (Jason) was awesome! He was able to fix blunders made by the other company and had my house cooling again. I'm very satisfied by the professional services including the customer service. Back in December before the cold weather hit, I purchased a York 5-ton 16 SEER YHM60 Heat Pump combined with their AE 60 air handler to replace a 16 year old 12 Seer A/C unit. The difference has been amazing. WIth the old system, there were rooms in my house that were too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. Now, with the York system, all the rooms in my house are the same temperature! I was seriously considering installing a mini-split unit in our master as I was sick and tired of our room being 3-5 degrees difference from the rest of the house. Don't need it now! Our room and other rooms in the house are the same temperature. Yes, the heat pump puts out plenty of heat, but the air handler has made a huge difference as well. There is now a STRONG flow of air in our entire house, even rooms that are the farthest away from the air handler. In addition, my electric bill during this cold winter was $100-$150 less per month with this York system. I compared the bills with another very cold winter we had years ago. I also highly recommend the Wifi thermostat, very handy to control the temp of your house from your phone. Top of all off, York has a 10 year parts and labor warranty, and Rabroker has 18-month financing option same as cash. This combination of the YHM60 along with the AE 60 air handler has been a great addition to our home. I highly recommend this York unit and using Rabroker for installation, as the proper installation of the unit is just as important as the unit itself. Phillip Pollard is over their field installation crews, he has many years experience and was great to work with during the entire sales/installation process.
