Lane services came to my house as my AC wasn't able to cool my house below 80 in the afternoon. The problem was indentified quickly and resolved and my house feels amazing! I wish I could remember the Techs name as our house was in chaos when he arrived, but he was professional and understanding. We felt absolutely in great hands and didn't even have to question if he was being honest. Thank you for making our house livable again!
Chad came by as a second opinion saw that it was a simple solution, told me what he found got the part ordered and was able to complete the fix. His professionalism and Timeliness were impeccable. His attention to detail and problem solving abilities not only got my A/C back into working condition but also offered the best outcome with minimal financial impact. When we bought our home, the previous owners said they used Lane Service for all of their HVAC needs and were never disappointed. We've used them a couple of times since we moved in several years ago and couldn't agree more! They've been responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and it's fixed the first time. They even did a repair in some nasty misty weather and were nothing but eager to get us back online. Highly recommend!

1. They were very professional on the phone. 2. The technician call 15mins prior to the appointment time to confirm. 3. The technician, solved the issue in less than 30 mins and even double checked the work of the previous company and fixed their flaws. 4. The technician clearly explained everything he did and why he did it.

Was assigned these guys through American Home Shield after my AC took a dump on me the night before. Called them up in the am the next morning had my AC up and running by 2pm just in time for the kids to come home and enjoy after a simulated night in Iraq... Thank you much guys you all are the real heros!!!
Lane services called us following a home warranty claim. I was extremely impressed that they even called on a Sunday. My husband was able to fix the problem late the evening before, but they took their time talking with us over the phone to make sure what we did was the “fix” and describe to us how to prevent this in the future. Even though we weren’t going to need their services in person, they didn’t hurry off the phone and provided excellent information and peace of mind. What a great company!

Well we have had issue after issue spending thousands on freeon and were so over it that we put off repairs for over a year. Well in comes Colton with his Cape on to save the day and just intime before the summer heat. Excellent job, customer service and all around wonderful experience. 5 stars!!!!
Sent by a home warranty place and was pleasantly surprised they called and came the very day I filed the claim. Gentleman came exactly when he said he would, identified the problem (fan motor), and fixed it within an hour. Was very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and that he didn't upsell or BS me about the quality and needs of our A-C system. Would definitely use again - great folks and great service.
We have American Home Shield and they have sent Lane’s Service out every time we have AC issues. They are fast, responsive, and usually come same day. The problem is almost always fixed immediately. We will continue using Lane’s even after we discontinue our AHS contract.
Had an ac blower issue, and by luck Lane was able to find the part in 2 days. Highly recommend, Colton is a great tech and very professional. 5 stars!

Scheduled my A/C repair via my American Home Shield contract. Lane Service tech called me within a couple of hours to schedule the repairs. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs quickly. I highly recommend them.
