Was very professional and easy to deal with. Communication was great, they answered all my questions. The guys who repaired the furnace were on time, happy and calm. They were very good people.
Cole Heating and Cooling Service were completely Professional. The work was completed as promised. All packaging and rubbish has been cleared from our site and the new air conditioner works great. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any Future clients. Will use Cole Heating and Cooling Service again.
From beginning contract stage to the complete installation and cleanup, everything I wanted and more. Cole Heating and Cooling did my original new system when I moved up to central air. They did ductwork planning and equipment. Many years later, time to upgrade the new equipment. My idea of a great business is to welcome them in at appointed time, let them do their job, meet again hours later and after learning about the success, say good day and THANKS. You will be happy you chose Cole Heating and Cooling.
Great service. They were able to get to me pretty quickly especially for a Sunday. Fixed my AC unit as it was only blowing cold air during the winter. They are definitely worth the call. Thank you Cole Heating and Cooling Service!
Cole Heating and Cooling Service did a great job for us adjusting our heating issue and adding a vent above our hallway closet door. Showed up for appointments and confirmed everything through email. We highly recommend this company. Friendly as well!
Worst experience I’ve had dealing with a residential service company as a realtor. Charged me for a service call fee, technician came on the wrong day, & I was charged for service I didn’t agree to then threatened to be sent to collections. Please steer clear from this company
Have used Cole Heating and Cooling Service for a number of years for annual maintenance. Recently bought a new furnace. Mike was extremely helpful during the sales process - explained our options, was very clear, answered all of my questions. The installation crew were quick, thorough, and left everything spotless. Again, great job to keep a customer happy. Would never use anyone else for HVAC needs.
These guys are great! I called and got a fair quote with detailed explanation of what will be replaced, etc. Eric was very informative and responsive as he came highly recommended from my neighbor who just installed an AC and Heater. The two men that came to do the installation were on time, professional and quick. They were very efficient and able to help answer any questions. I’ll definitely recommend Cole Heating and Cooling Service to everyone. Not to mention they are HALF the price of of other companies!
I contacted Cole Heating and Cooling when my AC went out on a 100+ degree day. I obviously needed someone to come out ASAP and would be understanding if they didn't have availability, and would call someone else. I contacted them at 2pm, and they told me they could have someone out between 2:45 and 5:45, but "I was next to be serviced" so they informed me it should be closer to 2:45 to 3:45. I received no phone calls from anyone, and called them close to 5:30 to make sure someone was still coming. They assured me the technician was just held up, and would still be coming, and that they put in a note for the technician to call me. I was getting nervous that my window to find another company was closing, so I called again around 6:15, when they again assured me someone was still going to show up, and they sent another note for them to call me. My house was around 90 degrees at this point. I called again at 7pm, at which point the person told me the manager of the technician had already left for the day, and that they would no longer be coming to my house. I was furious that they kept leading me on with "yes we will be there" thus preventing me from finding another company that actually could deliver on their timeframe. After this interaction, I searched for another company in the area and found Augie with FIX MY AIR DFW, who showed up about 30 minutes later and did a fantastic job. I would suggest everyone pass on Cole Heating and Cooling and chose a company who can either commit to their timelines, or provide effective communication to allow homeowners to plan around it.
Cole Heating and Cooling Service did a spectacular job replacing our entire AC unit/furnace. Everyone was so kind and professional from the guy who did the initial assessment to the specialists who came out to do the installation! I couldn’t be more happy with every single interaction I had with their employees, everything was clarified so clearly and there was little to no wait between diagnoses and fix. Thumbs up.
Could not have asked for an easier process to get a last minute inspection during our Due Diligence. From the initial call to the service - everyone was polite, prompt, straight forward, and really worked with us to get things in our small time frame. I recently had a problem with my furnace and reached out to prestige air. This company was recommended by a family friend. The service and quality was tremendously excellent and I am pleased with the work they have done. They work in a timely manner and are true to their profession. As a pleased customer, I would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for any HVAC work!
How they have a 5 star review I have no idea, they always sound asleep, never sent a guy yo our house (which we waited on a birthday for 7hrs for them to show up), no one showed, tried to call back and no one could be bothered to answer the phone... this should be a Negative 5 stars.
Our central heating died Saturday evening when it was -20 degrees. In under two hours we had a technician at our house to check it out. Turned out that it was a weird problem with HVAC, but we're immensely grateful that they were so responsive, especially since we have a toddler at home and it was getting colder. They are generally excellent technically and will go out of their way to help.

Ashton came to our house and serviced our furnace. He was very efficient in his work and gave a detailed explanation of the status of our furnace after finishing his work. Also, he was really good about letting us know when he’d be here and showing up on time. Really appreciated this professional service!!
We were extremely thrilled with our encounter using Cole Heating and Cooling Service. They were able to come out the same day we called and our technician Sam was incredible. He was dedicated and told us precisely what he proposed. He was able to fix our issue and get our heat up and working again.Will not delay to call them over next time!!
This company is outstanding. I needed to replace my AC unit and the technicians were very pleasant and explained everything they were doing. They went beyond to help me in one of the coldest days of the year. I would definitely recommend them.

Sam Arrived on time to replace my air conditioner and as predicted it took roughly 4 hours. He also replaced the Thermostat and supplied winter cover. I would strongly recommend him to anyone else that is searching for heating or air conditioning!!
