Steve Spires responded to my request for bids through a third party website. He communicated effectively and quickly through text and emailed a quote based on my specific needs (two 2 ton, 14 seer heat pumps, inside units stacked in a closet). The quote was almost $8000 less than the company who initially came out. No other companies provided quotes of any kind sight unseen. After some quick online research about the company I was interested. Steve came out to my house 2 days later to provide a firm estimate which matched his initial figures. He then offered an upgrade to 16 seer for a very reasonable price Steve took care of the rebate paperwork and even had his crew rebuild the closet framing system at no cost to me. Great guy who is in the business to help others. The 4 man installation crew came out 3 days after the in person estimate. They arrived on time and completed the job in just over 5 hours. They were professional, courteous, and never stopped working. The system ran smoothly last night and I am confident Gregg Air will be out quickly if there are any problems in the future. I highly recommend this company. UPDATE: Two years later both thermostats kept turning off and on. Kenneth came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, cleaned out the lines, and rebuilt PVC drain pipes to eliminate future clogging issues. All under warranty. Thank you!
I first used Gregg Air when they installed a new AC for me in 2018…and then I became a customer for life! They provide unsurpassed service and great value. I recently needed their services for another property that I purchased and I cannot state enough how topnotch their customer service is. They come out quickly and keep you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. I used Emergency AC & Plumbing (formerly Gregg Air), again July 2023 for an AC issue & they did another outstanding job. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything that needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. As usual, their customer service is excellent!
not sure what to say if i was not an electrician i might have been buying a new breaker and paying for installation was able to help troubleshoot and found the problem confused about the whole thing i was told the unit was wired incorrectly really confused
We had been without air for quite some time and Steven came by and consulted with us even after I missed our first appointment. He was courteous with the neighbors, offered to help them take some trees down then came to assist us with seeing what we needed in an air conditioning system and providing several affordable options. After picking out a suitable option we were also able to finance the unit and agree on terms. Believe it or not, the installation crew headed by Martin came out on the fourth of July and completed the install of an outdoor unit and indoor unit upstairs! We will definitely refer anyone in need of air conditioning help going forward to Emergency A/C and Plumbing in Haltom City.

Received a text message, no call or door knock. Did not show up, then submitted the job was completed. The whole house was up and awake, our mowers came around that time and that was it.

I returned from vacation to a flooded, laundry room and hallway due to the air conditioner in my attic. Not only were they able to come out the next day he was able to come a little early! He had everything fixed and replaced within an hour! I would definitely recommend!!!
Everything went great. If I had known how cheap the control panel I would have gotten a better one. My wife hates the one installed. Other than that, We have no complaints.
I had a great experience through the whole process from initial inspection of my old system to what was offered for options on a new system. The Installation process was very professional and was pleased with the the constant communication the installers provided through the installation I would highly recommend Emergency A/C without a doubt!
