Had a new central air conditioner installed on May 31st by Shelton Heat And Cooling and was totally satisfied with the overall experience. The sales representative was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. His assessment of my home was detailed and thorough. No sales pressure! The installation technicians also exceeded my expectations. They too were knowledgeable, personable and highly proficient. But most importantly, they respected my home. Shelton Heat And Cooling recently installed a ductless Mitsubishi wall unit for our master bedroom. From the initial phone call, the on site assessment of our individual situation and installation options, to the final install, there was excellent responsiveness by conscientious quality staff. We've been very happy with this company for years. In the past, they've installed a new home heat pump system and a back up conversion from oil to gas heat. Highly recommended.
One of our A/C units died this spring. I called Shelton Heat And Cooling to come out and access the situation. I've used them before. We discussed our options and they ordered and installed the best unit for the situation. They installed the unit expertly and quickly. Later this summer our other unit died. They came to the rescue. In the past I also used them to inspect our furnace and solve a problem we had with it. If you have a heating or A/C problem. Call them. Great service, excellent pricing, valuable advice and recommendations.

I really appreciated how professional he was and that he took extra time to answer all our questions. The technician is always quick to respond and set up an appointment. Last winter when the furnace died at my elderly parents' place during a cold spell he came the day of to inspect the problem and had it fixed the next morning, and this summer when the AC wasn't working he came the next morning. He provides a clear assessment of the issue and possible fixes without trying to up-sell you on products you don't need or get you on those unneeded long term payment plans. Good, clean, and professional workmanship. Highly recommend Shelton Heat And Cooling.
